Palembang, Sumsel, Beritaterkini.Co.id,- Relawan Gerakan Tanggap (REGTA) Covid -19 Meminta Agar Pemkot Palembang Transparan Dalam Menggunakan Anggaran Penangganan Pandemi Virus Corona (Covid 19) Yang Dialokasikan Sebesar Rp. 480 Milyar Dari APBD Daerah Setempat.
Hasil Investigasi Tim Regta Selama Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) Di Kota Palembang Untuk Tahap Pertama Dari 21 Mei Hingga 2 Juni 2020 Terkesan Sangat Adem Ayem Hanya Saja Terlihat Adanya Pelaksanaan Cek Point Di Beberapa Titik Di Kota Palembang.
“Bahkan Kami Juga Menemukan Masih Banyak Masyarakat Yang Tidak Menerima Bantuan Bantuan Sosial Dari Pemerintah. Apakah Pemerintah Lalai Atau Mungkin Ada Pertimbangan Lain.” Kata Ketua Regta COVID-19, Asri Lambo, Di Palembang, Rabu (3/6).
Asri Menambahkan Bahwa Sebelum Pelaksaan PSBB Tahap Pertama Pemerintah Kota Palembang Dengan Aktif Memberikan Bantuan Sosial Kepada Masyarakat Bahkan Dari Pihak Ke 3 Pun Juga Banyak. “Terkait Sebelum Pelaksanaan PSBB Kami Juga Sempat Menjalin Kerjasama Dengan Gugus Tugas Covid 19 Kota Palembang Dalam Pendistribusian 150 Paket Sembako Kepada Masyarakat Yang Terdampak Covid 19 Di Palembang”. Ujarnya.
Namun, Setelah Diterapkannya PSBB Tidak Ada Lagi Pembagian Sembako Pada Hal Kita Ketahui Semua Semakin Banyak Masyarkat Yang Mengalami Kesulitan Untuk Memenuhi Kebutuhan Pokok. Hal Ini Disebabkan Sulitnya Akses Mencari Pekerjaan Untuk Memehuni Kebutuhan Keluarganya. Ungkapnya.
Kondisi Tersebut, Tentunya Menuai Pertanyaan Bagi Semua Kalangan Termaksud Dari Relawan Yang Sampai Kini Masih Aktif Berkeliling Memastikan Kondisi Warga. “Apakah Pemerintah Dalam Hal Ini Pemkot Palembang Lalai Atau Mungkin Adanya Pertimbangan Lain?” Tandasnya.
Ditempat Yang Sama Disampaikan Pula Oleh Jubir Regta COVID-19 Edi Susilo Bahwa Pihaknya Memahami Bahwa Alokasi Anggaran Di Ambil Melalui Refusing Dan Realokasi Anggaran. “Namun Meskipun Begitu, Jaminan Terhadap Hak Dasar Rakyat Harus Di Berikan.” Tegas Edi.
Edi Juga Menambahkan Bahwa Tentunya Di Dalam Penganggaran Yang Jumlahnya Besar Tersebut Sudah Pasti Di Bagi Ke Dalam Beberapa Pagu Anggaran. “Baik Itu Diperuntukan Dalam Pencegahan Atau Pun Bantuan Sosial Bagi Masyarakat Yang Terdampak Pandemi Covid 19 Ini. Apalgi Saat Ini Terjadi Penambahan Miskin Baru Yang Jumlah Nya Tidak Bisa Di Bilang Sediki Yaitu Kurang Lebih 33 Ribu Jiwa” Kata Dia.
Ada Beberapa Point Tuntutan REGTA Covid 19 Kepada Pemerintah Kota Palembang Yang Mengacu Pada Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Public. Ada Pun Tuntutan Tersebut Sebagai Berikut: Pertama, Pemerintah Agar Memberikan Transparansi Anggaran Kepada Public Terkait Dengan Penggunaan Anggaran Rp. 480 Milyar, Dan Kedua Pemerintah Harus Mampu Menjelaskan Dengan Detail Terkait Komponen Anggaran Kepada Masyarakat Kota Pelembang Sebab Rakyat Butuh Mengetahui Bahwa Ada Hak Dasar Rakyat Yang Harus Di Terima Oleh Rakyat Di Kota Palembang. Jangan Sampai Beredar Kabar Bahwa Ada Anggaran 480 M Tetapi Rakyat Tidak Menerimanya. (Red/Danu/beritaterkini)
