WAY KANAN, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID — Bupati Waykanan Raden Adipati Surya memberikan bantuan bagi warga terdampak Covid-19 berupa uang tunai sebesar Rp600.000 per bulan yang akan diterima warga selama tiga bulan. Dana tersebut bersumber dari APBD kabupaten setempat.
Dikatakan Bupati, karena anggaran terbatas maka dirinya bersama Wakil turun langsung memberikan bantuan tersebut agar tepat sasaran.
“Saya saat ini ada di Kecamatan Blambangan Umpu dan Pak Wakil di Kecamatan Kasui, kami memberikan langsung dan memastikan anggaran ini sampai ke tangan bapak ibu sekalian, jika tidak tepat sasaran maka akan sia-sia,” ujar Adipati, saat memberikan sambutan di Kantor Balai Kampung Bumi Baru, Sabtu (27/6/2020).
Dikatakan Adipati, keterlambatan bantuan terjadi karena banyak faktor, diantaranya masalah data karena tidak boleh dobel penerima dan masalah kesiapan anggaran karena anggarannya cukup besar.
Adipati berharap kepada warga penerima dapat memanfaatkan bantuan yang diberikan sebaik-baiknya.
“Tolong dimanfaatkan untuk hal yang paling penting yaitu untuk kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari, jangan untuk beli handphone,” ujarnya.
Ia pun memerintahkan Camat dan Kepala Kampung untuk menyampaikan bantuan kepada warga yang pada hari ini tidak bisa datang karena sakit.
“Ini (bantuan, red) kita awasi, ada TNI Polri, inspektorat, media, lsm. Ada 7 titik yang akan dibagikan di Blambangan Umpu ini kepada 146 KK,” kata dia.
Ia pun menandaskan bahwa Covid-19 belum selesai. Dengan New Normal jangan dianggap itu selesai.
“Kita harus bersama sama melaksanakan protokol kesehatan, kalau dulu kita pake masker untuk sebuah kebutuhan tapi hari ini kita pake masker adalah sebuah kewajiban,” kata adipati
“Dan ada enam warga kita yang dinyatakan positif Covid-19 dan alhamdulillah sudah dinyatakan sembuh. Ini memang belum ditemukan vaksinnya, tapi salah satu cara untuk menjaganya adalah dengan menjaga berinteraksi,” ujarnya. /Redaksi
