Kami meminta Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi (DLHP) Sumsel dan Gubernur Sumsel untuk mengkaji ulang atas terbitnya Amdal terhadap PT. OKI Pulp & Paper , ungkap Yayan Joker Koordinator Investigasi KAR Sumsel. Bertempat di kantor Gubernur Sumsel, Palembang (08/08/22) .
” Kami juga mendesak untuk cabut atau tinjau ulang AMDAL untuk pembukaan lahan Hutan lindung yang, kami juga menduga terjadinya Polisi udara yang ada di lapangan menjadi sumber bau tidak menyedapkan,”
jelasnya.
“Ditambahkan oleh Reza selain dugaan pencemaran terjadinya migrasi burung di hutan lindung, pendangkalan sungai oleh limbah cair berupa lumpur dan menyebabkan iritasi kulit warga sekitar.
Aksi unjuk rasa Koalisi Aktivis Revolusioner Sumsel di Terima langsung oleh Gubernur Sumsel H. Herman Deru di dampingi kepala DLHP Sumsel Drs. H. Edward Candra, M.H.,menyambut baik aksi tersebut kami akan melihat kesalahan yang di lakukan oleh industri yang ada di Sumsel melalui DLHP Sumsel, mungkin karena ada keterbatasan petugas untuk menjangkau wilayah tersebut sehingga terjadi permasalahan ini.
