“Ada kekhawatiran dari masyarakat terhadap industri keuangan ditengah pandemik Covid-19, dengan mengambil langkah memindahkan uang mereka ke bank yang lebih besar, bank umum, sementara transmisi bank umum untuk membantu kebawah masih sangat sedikit akibat regulasi yang masih setengah hati,” ujar Rio Christian.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa pihaknya terus berupaya memaksimalkan kinerja BPR nya dalam menyikapinya dengan bijaksana regulasi yang diberikan OJK terkait POJK Nomor 11 tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019.
“Disisi aktiva kita harus menjaga kualitas kreditnya bagus, sementara perekonomian Bali yang 70% adalah pariwisata, akan sulit walaupun ada relaksasi dari OJK terkait relaksasi dan restrukturisasi kredit tapi kondisinya dilapangan tidak semudah itu, karena berlaku sampai 31 Maret 2021, sedangkan dampak Covid-19 recovery ekonomi tidak akan secepat itu, artinya karena potensi NPL(Non Performing Loan) akan naik pada periode tahun 2021, dan itu berat,” ujar Rio.
Pengamat ekonomi Viraguna Bagoes Oka yang hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut mengungkapkan jenis-jenis relaksasi kredit seharusnya dipetakan juga mana kredit produktif dan mana kredit konsumtif, terkait relaksasi UMKM.
“Kalau kredit produktif sudah pasti bisa diukur, bahwah dia[debitur] akan memberi nilai tambah, yang berat ini kredit konsumtif, sebab di aturan OJK, kredit jenis ini juga masuk dalam kategori yang harus direlaksasi. Kalau BPR yang ada di Bali bisa solid, dari yang 48 BPR sebagai bank jangkar akan bagus, sebab yang saya liat bak-bank umum pembiayaannya itu di pusat artinya faundingnya di Bali tapi landingnya di pusat ,” ungkap Viraguna Bagoes Oka.
