SURABAYA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Sebanyak 80 Prajurit yang berasal dari beberapa Satuan kerja dibawah Komando Pembinaan Doktrin Pendidikan dan Latihan Angkatan Laut (Kodiklatal) melaksanakan pelatihan Tim Anjungan TA 2020 di Pusat latihan Elektronika dan Kendali Senjata (Puslatlekdalsen) Kodiklatal Surabaya.
Pelatihan yang akan dilaksanakan selama dua minggu tersebut dibuka langsung Kadepopslat Puslatlekdalsen Letkol Laut (P) Irfan mewakili Komandan Puslatlekdalsen Kolonel Laut (P) Syufenri, M.Si di Ruang Auditorium Gedung Sumatera Puslatlekdalsen Kesatrian Bumimoro Kodiklatal Surabaya, Senin, (10/8).
Komandan Puslatlekdalsen Kolonel Laut (P) Syufenri, M.Si dalam amanat yang dibacakan Kadepopslat Puslatlekdalsen Letkol Laut (P) Irfan menyampikan bahwa profesionalisme sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu tuntutan bagi organisasi agar mampu bersaing dan tetap eksis dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi yang diembannya.
Dalam rangka upaya untuk mendapatkan personel pengawak organisasi yang profesional tersebut Kodiklatal dalam hal ini Puslatlekdalsen mengadakan Latihan Tim Anjungan Ta. 2020 bagi para personel yang ada di kodiklatal.
Latihan tim anjungan mempunyai tujuan yaitu agar para peserta selesai mengikuti latihan ini memiliki kemampuan, kecakapan dalam tiga aspek yaitu aspek pengetahuan, aspek sikap dan aspek ketrampilan sesuai dengan kualifikasi bidang penugasan yang menjadi lingkup tugas tanggung jawabnya nanti yaitu menjadi personel yang profesional dalam bidang anjungan.
Sehubungan pelaksanaan latihan yang hanya akan dilaksanakan selama 2 minggu, diharapkan para peserta latihan merespon secara positif dengan memanfaatkan waktu belajar yang sangat terbatas ini. Danpuslatlekdalsen yakin bahwa para peserta akan berhasil menyelesaikan program latihan ini dengan prestasi yang membanggakan, tentunya harus disertai dengan semangat, motivasi dan dedikasi yang tinggi dalam mengikuti latihan ini.
