Puluhan massa yang tergabung dalam Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Pembela Suara Rakyat (PSR) gelar untuk rasa atas dugaan Mark Up Kerangka acuan kerja pengadaan BAMA Tahun 2023 di bawah kementrian Hukum dan HAM Sumsel, aksi unjuk rasa berlangsung depan kantor Kemenkumham Sumsel (09/03/23).
“Koordinator aksi dari DPW PSR Aan Pirang mengatakan Tiga Musuh Besar Negara Indonesia Narkoba, Korupsi dan Terorisme merupakan kejahatan terorganisir lintas negara karena dapat merusak sendi-sendi Moral kehidupan suatu bangsa. Pembela Suara Rakyat Garda Paling Terdepan Sosial Kontrol Negara Mengacu pada PP No.71 Tahun 2000 Tentang Tata Cara Peran Serta Masyarakat dalam Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.
“Aksi hari ini Terkait adanya dugaan KKN dan penyalahgunaan wewenang jabatan pada kegiatan bahan makanan tahun anggaran 2023.
Diduga telah terjadi adanya persengkongkolan tidak sesuai spesifikasi, dan mark up, kerangka acuan kerja pada pengadaan BAMA TA 2023.
Diduga adanya KKN dilakukan oknum bertujuan untuk mencari keuntungan, memperkaya diri
sendiri maupun golongan.
Diduga kegiatan tersebut sangat rawan dan rentan adanya unsur Korupsi, Kolusi, Nepotisme/KKN dalam proses administrasi pengadaan lelang barang/jasa. Diduga kegiatan BAMA TA 2023 bertentangan pada peraturan dan perundang-undangan
UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang tindak pidana korupsi dan bertentangan pada peraturan dan
perundang-undangan PP Nomor 105 Tahun 2000 tentang pengelolaan dan pertanggung jawaban
keuangan negara dan bertentangan PERPRES Nomor 12 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah.
Lebih lanjut koorlap Iqbal menambahkan aksi hari ini dengan aspirasi dari Pembela Suara Rakyat

Mendesak Kakanwil Hukum Dan Ham Sumsel Untuk Segera Copot Kalapas LPKA Kelas 1 Pakjo Palembang dan Kalapas Narkotika Kelas IIB Banyuasin. dan mendesak Kakanwil Hukum Dan Ham Sumsel Segera Mengevaluasi Kinerja Kalapas, Kplp Lapas Kelas I Palembang, Lapas Kelas IIA Banyuasin, Lapas Kelas IIA Tanjung Raja, Lapas Kelas IIB Muara Enim, Lapas Kelas IIB Sekayu (BAMA TAHUN ANGGARAN 2023 Terindikasi Dugaan KKN dan bertentangan pada peraturan dan perundang-undangan PP Nomor 105 Tahun 2000 serta bertentangan PERPRES Nomor 12 Tahun 2021),” bebernya.
