JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Jaksa Agung Muda Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kejaksaan Agung, Adi Toegarisman mengatakan bahwa pihaknya akan kembali memanggil Wali Kota Manado, Vicky Lumentut dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dana hibah penanggulangan banjir di Kota Manado pada tahun 2014.
“Ya nanti akan dipanggil lagi pekan depan. Tunggu saja,” tutur Adi, di Kejagung RI, Jakarta Selatan, Jumat (01/11/2019).
Sebelumnya Kejagung menetapkan empat tersangka, diantaranya FS selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) pada Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Manado, NJT selaku Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA) Pemkot Manado dan YSR serta AYH selaku pihak swasta.
“Nah kalau yang keempat tersangka itu sudah tahap satu, tinggal finalisasi saja dari JPU ya,” kata Adi.
Vicky diketahui sudah dua kali mangkir panggilan pemeriksaan, dari tiga kali pemanggilan.
Pemanggilan pertama dilakukan pada 24 Agustus 2018. Panggilan kedua dilakukan pada 24 September 2018, namun politisi Partai yang pindah ke partai Nasdem (sebelumnya Demokrat) itu mangkir. Meski sempat mangkir, Vicky akhirnya memenuhi panggilan Kejaksaan Agung pada 2 Oktober 2018.
Sementara itu, berdasarkan informasi, ihwal mangkirnya Vicky dari pemeriksaan, lantaran aktif dalam kegiatan politik. Kemudian, Partai Demokrat memecat Vicky yang dinilai merapat ke Partai Nasdem.
