Kantor Imigrasi Bekasi dan Karawang Gelar Layanan Paspor Simpatik di Mall Lippo Cikarang

BEKASI – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Kantor Imigrasi Non TPI Klas II Bekasi bersama dengan Kantor Imigrasi Non TPI Klas II Karawang membuka layanan Paspor Simpatik di Mall Lipo Cikarang, Bekasi, Minggu, (27/10/19)

Layanan paspor simpatik ini diselenggarakan untuk melengkapi kegiatan Legal Expo yang diselenggarakan selama dua hari.

Kegiatan dibuka langsung oleh Direktur Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, Ronny Sompie di Mall Plaza Semanggi, Jakarta.

Layanan paspor simpatik di Mall Lipo Cikarang diselenggarakan di Lantai I Loby Utama. Panitia menyediakan enam booth dengan menyediakan kuota sebanyak 150 setiap harinya selama dua hari berturut-turut, dengan jam pelayanan mulai dari pukul 08.00 Wib sampai pukul 18.00 Wib.

Layanan paspor simpatik yang diberikan antara lain, melayani pembuatan paspor baru dan penggantian paspor biasa karena habis masa berlakunya.

Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Bekasi, Petrus Teguh Aprianto mengatakan bagi pemohon diharapkan membawa sejumlah dokumen persyaratan.

“Pemohon yang ingin melakukan perpanjangan atau pembuatan paspor harus mendaftar melalui Aplikasi Layanan Paspor Online, yang dapat diunduh melalui Appstore atau Playstore.”

“Selain itu, pemohon yang ingin membuat paspor baru wajib membawa e-KTP, kartu keluarga, akta lahir/buku nikah/ ijazah sekolah,” kata dia.

Sedangkan bagi pemohon yang hanya ingin memperpanjang paspor hanya membawa e-KTP dan paspor lama.

“Untuk pemohon yang ingin memperpanjang paspor wajib membawa e-KTP dan paspor lama (untuk paspor terbitan dalam negeri setelah tahun 2009). Bagi para orang tua yang ingin membuat paspor anak wajib membawa e-KTP kedua orang tua, Kartu Keluarga, Akta Lahir Anak, Buku Nikah orang tua,” jelas dia.

Kepala Divisi Keimigrasian Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham Jabar, Ari Budijanto didampingi Kepala Bidang Perijinan dan Informasi Keimigrasian, Dedi Setiana dan Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Karawang, Ujang Cahya menuturkan jika kegiatan ini sebagai wujud memberikan kemudahan layanan pembuatan dan perpanjangan paspor kepada masyarakat.

Dia mengatakan pihaknya sengaja memilih lokasi di mall atau pusat perbelanjaan, karena tempat tersebut merupakan pusat keramaian yang tidak hanya untuk kebutuhan belanja, tetapi juga kegiatan lainnya.

“Layanan ini diharapkan juga dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat yang sehari-harinya disibukkan dengan pekerjaan atau aktivitas lainnya tanpa menganggu aktifitas mereka sehari -hari,” tegas Ari Budijanto.
