JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) juga menduga jika eks Menpora Imam Nahrawi juga menerima uang sebesar Rp800 juta dari mantan atlet bulu tangkis nasional, Taufik Hidayat.
“Tanggal 12 Januari 2017, sebesar Rp 800 juta diterima melalui Saudara Taufik Hidayat untuk penanganan perkara pidana yang sedang dihadapi oleh Saudara Syamsul Arifin (adik pemohon) di penanganannya dilakukan di salah satu instansi penegak hukum,” kata tim Biro Hukum KPK dalam berkas jawaban atas permohonan praperadilan Imam Nahrawi di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Jl Ampera Raya, Jaksel, Selasa (05/11/2019).
Uang itu diduga untuk kebutuhan perkara adik Imam Nahrawi, Syamsul Arifin yang kasusnya ditangani penegak hukum yang lain.
Bukan hanya itu, KPK menduga Imam Nahrawi juga menerima uang sebesar Rp1 miliar di kediaman Taufik Hidayat.
“Akhir tahun 2017, sekitar Rp 1 miliar dari Satlak Prima, yang diambil oleh Saudara Miftahul Ulum di rumah Saudara Taufik Hidayat,” kata KPK.
“Sekitar November 2018, sejumlah Rp 7 miliar dari Saudara Ending Fuad Hamidy (Sekjen KONI) melalui Saudari Lina Nurhasanah untuk ‘menyelesaikan’ perkara pidana Saudara Syamsul Arifin (adik Pemohon) di salah satu instansi penegak hukum,” papar KPK.
Imam ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka suap dana hibah KONI dan penerimaan lain berkaitan dengan jabatannya. Imam diduga menerima suap sebesar Rp 26,5 miliar secara bertahap sejak 2014 hingga 2018.
Uang yang diterima Imam diduga merupakan commitment fee atas pengurusan proposal hibah yang diajukan KONI ke Kemenpora. Penerimaan ini terkait Ketua Dewan Pengarah Satlak Prima.
