JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) ikut membuka pendaftaran CPNS untuk tahun 2019.
Namun ada sejumlah persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi pelamar, salah satunya tidak boleh memiliki orientasi seksual Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual dan Transgender (LGBT).
Kepala Bagian Pengembangan dan Kepegawaian Kejaksaan Agung, Teguh Wardoyo menjelaskan, pihaknya hanya ingin menerima pelamar yang normal. Pasalnya saat ini LGBT masih menjadi pro dan kontra di tengah masyarakat.
“Pertimbangan sederhananya kejaksaan mau mendapatkan calon pegawai yang normal, karena untuk sekarang ini masih pro kontra di masyarakat terkait hal itu,” kata Teguh, Jumat, (22/11/2019).
Menurut dia, setiap instansi yang membuka pendaftaran boleh menyertakan persyaratan tambahan, berdasarkan Permenpan Nomor 23 tahun 2019.
“Persyaratan itu diperbolehkan dalam ketentuan Permenpan nomor 23 tahun 2019 yang bunyinya instansi dapat menetapkan persyaratan tambahan sesuai dengan karakteristik jabatan dan kebutuhan masing-masing jabatan. Kecuali persyaratan akreditasi PT itu yang tidak bisa diubah,” ungkapnya.
Selain itu, ujar Teguh, dalam hukum positif yang berlaku dan norma agama, kelainan orientasi seks masih belum diperbolehkan.
