Pasalnya kata dia, hal ini merupakan momentum positif di tengah rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat kepada lembaga penegak hukum.
Sebelumnya, tim gabungan Jaksa Agung Muda Pengawasan dan Tim Jaksa Agung Muda Intelijen menangkap Kasi Penyidikan Aspidsus Kejati DKI berinisial YRM dan Kasubsi Tipikor dan TPPU Aspidsus Kejati DKI berinisial FYP.
Keduanya diduga melakukan pemerasan terhadap mantan pejabat PT Dok dan Perkapalan Koja Bahari (Persero), M Yusuf sebesar Rp1 miliar.

Ia berharap kasus tersebut bisa diproses secara transparan dan tuntas. Sehingga akan menjadi pelajaran bagi jaksa yang lain agar tidak main-main dalam melakukan penegakan hukum.
“Karena perbuatan mereka sudah mencoreng nama baik Kejaksaan. Maka sudah sepantasnya mereka mendapatkan hukuman serupa atas perbuatannya sendiri,” tegas Nahadin.
Pada sisi lain, ia mengatakan bahwa hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keraguan publik selama ini kepada Jaksa Agung, ST Burhanuddin tidak benar.
“Buktinya ia tidak akan kompromi kepada oknum jaksa nakal. Saya meyakini bahwa dibawah kepemimpinan ST Burhanuddin, Kejagung akan menjadi lembaga penegak hukum yang akan dipercaya publik,” tandas dia.
