JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Dua oknum jaksa yang bertugas di Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) DKI Jakarta diringkus tim gabungan Jaksa Agung Muda Pengawasan dan Tim Jaksa Agung Muda Intelijen karena diduga melakukan pemerasan terhadap mantan pejabat PT Dok dan Perkapalan Koja Bahari (Persero), M Yusuf sebesar Rp1 miliar.
Jaksa yang diamankan adalah Kasi Penyidikan Aspidsus Kejati DKI berinisial YRM dan Kasubsi Tipikor dan TPPU Aspidsus Kejati DKI berinisial FYP.
Keduanya saat ini sedang diperiksa untuk menelusuri apakah ada dugaan tindak pidana dalam dugaan pemerasan tersebut.
“Saat ini yang bersangkutan sedang dilakukan pemeriksaan secara intensif oleh bidang Pengawasan. Apabila nantinya diketemukan indikasi tindak pidana, maka akan diserahkan dan ditindaklanjuti oleh bidang Pidsus Kejaksaan Agung,” ujar Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung RI Mukri dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Selasa, (03/12/2019).
Tim juga menangkap perantara pemerasan, Cecep Hidayat.
Uang itu untuk dugaan kasus penyimpangan pengelolaan keuangan PT Dok dan Perkapalan Koja Bahari (Persero) tahun 2012-2017 yang sedang ditangani Pidsus Kejati DKI.
