JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Mantan Menko Polhukam, Wiranto kembali masuk dalam lingkaran kekuasaan Presiden Joko Widodo dalam periode kedua pemerintahannya.
Ia dipercaya menjadi Anggota sekaligus merangkap Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden (Wantimpres) periode 2019-2024.
Wiranto mengaku bahwa dirinya memahami betul bagaimana keinginan Presiden Jokowi dalam membangun bangsa ini, usai tiga setengah tahun masuk dalam kabinet pemerintahan Jokowi periode pertama.
“Memang tidak mudah, tidak mudah untuk memberikan pertimbangan kepada presiden yang instrumen sangat lengkap. Tetapi 3,5 tahun ini saya terus mengikuti beliau. Paling tidak saya paham obsesi kenegarawanan beliau tentang negeri ini, saya juga sudah paham,” kata Wiranto dilantik pada Jumat (13/12/2019).
Namun demikian Wiranto justru didesak segera angkat kaki dari Partai Hanura. Hal ini berdasarkan UU No 19 Tahun 2006 tentang Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden.
Kendati begitu, Wiranto menegaskan jika dirinya tidak perlu keluar dari partai yang ia dirikan tersebut.
“Yang dilarang dalam undang-undang itu jika menjabat sebagai ketua umum atau sebutan lain atau menjadi anggota badan pengurus harian. Selain itu, diizinkan,” kata Wiranto setelah menjalani serah-terima jabatan Wantimpres 2015-2019 kepada 2019-2024, Senin, (16/12/2019).
Tapi elite Hanura tetap saja meminta Wiranto segera hengkang dan angkat kaki dari partai yang diketuai Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) tersebut.
“Ketika Wiranto dikasih shock therapy dengan memaksa dia untuk mundur dari Ketua Dewan Pembina partai Hanura, maka egonya pun meledak, di mana dia tidak mau dipaksa mundur dengan alasan tidak wajib dalam undang-undang,” ungkap Ketua DPP Partai Hanura, Inas Nasrullah Zubir kepada wartawan, Selasa (17/12/2019).
Inas lalu menyinggung soal Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART) Hanura. Menurutnya, sebenarnya tak ada posisi Ketua Dewan Pembina.
“Dalam AD/ART Partai Hanura sebenarnya tidak mengenal adanya Ketua Dewan Pembina. Tetapi, demi menghargai Wiranto sebagai pendiri Partai Hanura, maka DPP Hanura mencantumkan namanya dalam SK Kemenkum HAM No M.HH-01.AH.11.01 tahun 2018 sebagai Ketua Dewan Pembina,” jelas Inas.
Dalam Munas III Partai Hanura, jabatan Dewan Pembina akan dihapus, sehingga Wiranto tidak akan memiliki jabatan lagi di Hanura.
“Tapi, menjelang Munas III, Hanura yang akan diselenggarakan pada hari ini, tanggal 17 Desember sampai 19 Desember 2019, DPP sudah mengajukan dan mendapatkan SK Kemenkum HAM yang terbaru, di mana nama Wiranto sudah tidak ada lagi,” ucap Inas.
