JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Istana meminta Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Firli Bahuri segera mengundurkan diri dari Polri. Saat ini Firli masih tercatat sebagai Analisis Kebijakan Utama Badan Pemelihara Keamanan Polri.
“Perlu (mundur dari jabatan lama). Itu sudah clear di UU KPK bahwa Dewas tidak boleh rangkap jabatan. Jadi harus mundur/nonaktif dari jabatan lain,” kata Staf Khusus Presiden Bidang Hukum, Dini Purwono dikonfirmasi, Rabu (25/12/2019).
Dini menyampaikan, Pimpinan KPK tidak boleh merangkap jabatan. Karena dalam Pasal 29 UU Nomor 19 tahun 2019 tentang KPK, dijelaskan bahwa semua jabatan harus dilepaskan oleh pimpinan KPK.
“Pasal 29 tersebut berlaku juga terhadap beliau. Jadi harus non-aktif dari jabatan lain selama menjabat sebagai pimpinan KPK,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Firli mengaku bahwa dirinya saat ini tidak memiliki jabatan apapun di Polri. Jabatan terakhir sebagai Kepala Baharkam Polri sudah diserah terimakan kepada Kapolda Sumatera Utara, Irjen Agus Andrianto.
“Saya sudah tidak punya jabatan apapun di polri, terakhir jabatan saya sebagai Kabaharkam Polri dan sudah di serah terimakan pada 19 Desember 2019 kepada Ijen Pol Agus Andriyanto,” kata Firli.
Firli saat ini mengaku akan fokus dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai Ketua KPK.
“Sekarang saya hanya fokus untuk menjalankan tugas sebagai komisioner KPK RI. Saya akan kerja,” tegasnya.
