JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) akan menggandeng Interpol untuk memburu Harun Masiku, tersangka kasus dugaan suap kepada Komisioner KPU, Wahyu Setiawan.
“Iya kami akan segera berkoordinasi dengan Polri untuk meminta bantuan NCB (National Central Bureau) Interpol,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK, Nurul Ghufron kepada wartawan, Senin (13/01/2020).
Ia optimis Harun Masiku akan segera tertangkap untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya.
“Saya kira untuk penjahat koruptor tidak akan sulit ditemukan,” kata Ghufron.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, pihak Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kemenkumham mencatat Harun meninggalkan Indonesia ke Singapura pada Senin pekan lalu.
Kepala Bagian Humas dan Umum Ditjen Imigrasi Arvin Gumilang menyebut, pihaknya belum mencatat kembalinya Harun ke Indonesia.
Seperti diketahui, Harun merupakan tersangka kasus dugaan suap terkait penetapan tersangka anggota DPR terpilih periode 2019-2024 yang turut menjerat Komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan. Wahyu dijadikan tersangka karena diduga menerima suap setelah berjanji untuk menetapkan caleg PDI-P Harun Masiku sebagai anggota DPR terpilih melalui mekanisme PAW.
KPK menyebut Wahyu telah menerima uang senilai Rp 600 juta dari Harun dan sumber dana lainnya yang belum diketahui identitasnya. Sedangkan, Wahyu disebut meminta uang operasional sebesar Rp 900 juta untuk memuluskan niat Harun.
KPK menetapkan total empat tersangka dalam kasus suap yang menyeret komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan. Selain Wahyu, KPK juga menetapkan mantan anggota Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) yang juga orang kepercayaan Wahyu, Agustiani Tio Fridelina.
Lalu, politisi PDI-P Harun Masiku, dan pihak swasta bernama Saeful. Dua nama terakhir disebut Lili sebagai pemberi suap. Sementara Wahyu dan Agustiani diduga sebagai penerima suap. Wahyu, Agustiani, dan Saeful sudah ditahan KPK setelah terjaring lewat operasi tangkap tangan pada Rabu (08/01/2020) lalu. Sedangkan, keberadaan Harun masih belum diketahui.
