MALANG – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang menjatuhkan vonis 1 tahun pembinaan kepada ZL (17), pelajar yang membunuh begal karena membela pacarnya yang hendak diperkosa pelaku.
ZL akan dibina di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Darul Aitam, Kecamatan Wajak.
“Jadi anak ZL ini terbukti secara sah melakukan penganiayaan sampai menyebabkan meninggal dunia. Hakim dengan segala pertimbangannya menjatuhkan vonis pembinaan selama satu tahun,” ujar Humas PN Kepanjen Yoedi Anugrah Pratama kepada wartawan di kantornya, Jalan Panji, Kamis (23/01/2020).
Menurutnya, pembinaan ZL akan didampingi Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas). Kemudian dari pihak LKSA Darul Aitam sebagai tempat yang direkomendasikan.
“Majelis juga memerintahkan pembimbing kemasyarakatan untuk melakukan pembinaan dalam lembaga tersebut. Dan masa pembinaan akan dikurangi dari mulai penanganan hukumnya,” imbuhnya.
Sedangkan barang bukti yang diamankan berupa motor roda dua akan dikembalikan kepada keluarga.
Pelanggaran pidana yang dilakukan ZL masuk dalam kategori pidana berat. Menurutnya, ZL telah melukai orang lain sampai mengakibatkan meninggal dunia.
“Pertimbangan majelis hakim masuk pidana berat. Perbuatan diawali dengan penganiayaan sampai mengakibatkan meninggal dunia. Menghilangkan nyawa ini dinilai hakim kategori berat,” pungkasnya.
