Lampung, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID | Masalah Deposito Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Lampung Selatan (Lamsel) terus menghangat dan semakin memanas pasalnya Pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Lampung terus maraton mendalami penempatan Miliyaran Uang Masyarakat Lamsel ke Pos deposito di BPD Bank Lampung.
Diketahui Deposito APBD oleh Pamerintah Daerah (Pemda) Lamsel dilakukan sejak Tahun anggaran 2018 sampai 2019. Pada saat itu, Nanang Ermanto sudah menjabat Pelaksana tugas (Plt) Bupati Lamsel berdasarkan surat Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 131.18/5295/SJ tertanggal 27 Juli 2018. Nanang resmi menerima penugasan tersebut.
Dari hasil koordinasi LSM KAMPUD Lampung dengan Kejati disampaikan bahwa laporan tentang Deposito APBD Lamsel saat ini masih di dalami oleh Kejati melalui Asisten Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Lampung, Senin (24/2/2020).
Kejati Lampung sudah menerbitkan Surat perintah tugas (Sprintug) terkait laporan deposito tersebut, guna mengumpulkan data dan bahan keterangan mendalam.
“Informasi bidang pidsus sudah diterbitkan sprintug guna dilakukan puldata dan pulbaket…gitu mas”, kata Agus Ari Wibowo, SH yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum (Kasipenkum) Kejati Lampung.
Sepertinya pihak kejaksaan dalam waktu dekat akan melakukan pemanggilan kepada pihak-pihak yang berkaitan atas kebijakan deposito APBD Lamsel, guna mengumpulkan data dan keterangan.
Terpisah awak media mencoba meminta keterangan kepada Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) lamsel Intji Indriati terkait masalah deposito APBD, namun saat kantor berita Jarrak media Grup menghubungi di Nomor 08136832xxxx, nomor HP milik Intji Indriati dalam keadaan tidak aktif. /BRT
