KAMPAR, Pemerintah Daerah Kampar akan mengalokasikan sebesar 150 juta per desa dari Dana Desa (DD) untuk penanggulangan Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penyebaran Covid-19 atau virus Corona di Kabupaten Kampar khususnya wilayah Pedesaan.
Selain Desa, Fahmil,ME Wakil Ketua DPRD Ksmpar menilai Pemda
juga perlu merencanakan alokasi dana cadangan bantuan sosial masyarakat untuk delapan Kelurahan yang tidak termasuk penerima dana dari Penerintah Pusat seperti desa.
“Pemda juga harus memikirkan delapan Kelurahan yang ada di Kabupaten Kampar mengenai cadangan dana untuk mereka dalam menghadapi dampak wabah Corona ini, kan Kelurahan tidak memiliki dana seperti desa sementara warga mereka sangat banyak,” ujar Fahmil Rabu (1/4/2020).
Dikatakan Politisi PKS ini, Dana desa yang akan dialokasikan sebesar 150 juta perdesa sangatlah membantu masyarakat. Namun perlu juga Pemda membuat juklak atau juknis tertulis yang harus di pedomani Kepala Desa dalam menggunakan anggaran tersebut,”pintanya.
‘Sehingga penggunaan dana tersebut bisa cepat di realisasikan oleh Kepala Desa ke masyarakatnya dan masyarakat pun tahu seperti apa penggunaanya,”sambungFahmil.
Selain itu Fahmil juga memandang perlu memperhatikan alokasi dana ke Dinas Sosial untuk masyarakat yang berada di Kelurahan karena mereka tidak termasuk dalam Dana Desa yang dimaksud oleh Pemda,”terang Fahmil.
Alokasi itu tentu harusya lebih besar karena di kelurahan itu warganya padat, seperti Kelurahan Langgini dan Kelurahan Bangkiang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota.
Pasar sudah mulai sunyi, terlebih lagi Pedagang yang berjualan di Taman Kota Bangkinang dihentikan sementara sekolah – sekolah biasa tempat pedagang berjualan juga tutup bahkan perkantorn juga sepi. Semua akan merasakan, oleh karena itu stok pangan harus tersedia,”tandasnya.(Edi/man)
