MEDAN – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Seorang nelayan bernama amaluddin (39) warga Dusun II Desa Paluh Sibaji Kecamatan Pantai Labu Deli Serdang, Minggu (6/4/2020) sekira pukul 02.00 Wib tewas disambar petir saat mencari ikan di perairan selat Malaka.
Informasi yang dikumpulkan dari sejumlah saksi mata diantaranya Aidil (25) sebagai tekong kapal, Andre (27) dan Ismail (25) yang juga nelayan yang saat kejadian satu perahu bersama korban.
Mereka menuturkan, sambaran petir itu terjadi pada dini hari saat mereka tidur di atas perahu usai mencari ikan. Dikatakannya mereka, sekira pukul 02.00 wib saat di tengah laut hujan turun disertai petir. Naas pada mereka tiba-tiba petir menyambar perahu mereka dan langsung mengenai bagian kepala Jamaluddin yang sedang tertidur.
Akibat sambaran petir itu, Jamaludin meninggal dunia dan perahu mereka mengalami kebocoran.
Melihat situasi itu, tekong kapal, Aidil, langsung memutar balik arah perahu menuju pulang. Sekitar 10 jam dari TKP akhirnya mereka sampai juga ke dermaga Paluh Sibaji.
Sesampai di darat mereka langsung mengabarkan ke masyarakat dan jenazah Jamaluddin dibawa ke rumah duka di Dusun II Paluh Sibaji.
