KAMPAR, Karena ada unsur yang belum terpenuhi, Kejaksaan Negeri Kampar mengembalikan berkas Perkara oknum Kepala Desa yang terkena Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT) beberapa waktu lalu oleh Polres Kampar ke pihak Penyidik.

Dikatakan Kasi Pidsus Kejari Kampar Amri Ramanto Sayekti,SH.MH,
Benar, Penyidik sudah mengirimkan berkas perkara ke pihak Kejaksaan, namun dikembalikan lagi lantaran ada unsur yang belum terpenuhi. Berkas perkara tersebut terdiri dari dua berkas, dari dua berkas itu sudah diteliti oleh Jaksa peneliti, setelah diteliti ternyata berkas tersebut kami kembalikan ke pihak penyidik Polres Kampar dengan administrasi berupa P-18 dan P-19 untuk dilengkapi lagi,” ujar Kasi Pidsus Kejari Kampar, Amri diruangan kerjanya, Selasa (12/5/2020).

Dijelaskan Amri, pengembalian berkas perkara dilakukannya lantaran ada beberapa unsur yang kurang terpenuhi dan masih perlu lagi penambahan bukti-bukti atau saksi-saksi untuk lebih menguatkan pembuktian terkait perkara OTT tersebut.

“Dalam hal ini status berkas dikembalikan ke Penyidik, kita juga masih menunggu penyidik melengkapi dan mengembalikan berkas tersebut kepada pihak Kejaksaan lagi,” ucapnya.

Ia juga mengungkapkan pihak Kejaksaan sudah meneliti berkas perkara selama 14 hari, setelah itu menunggu pihak penyidik untuk melengkapi.

“Kalau pihak penyidik sudah memenuhi sesegera mungkin diserahkan kepihak Kejaksaan untuk diteliti lagi,” sebutnya.

Diketahui sebelumnya, sempat wartakan bahwa ada Tiga oknum Kepala Desa berhasil ditangkap oleh Tim Tipikor Polres Kampar dalam kasus Tindak Pidana Korupsi dalam Jabatan dengan cara melakukan pemerasan. Jumat (3/4/2020).

Penangkapan dilakukan secara Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT).

Ke-3 oknum Kepala Desa itu adalah PI Kades Sari Galuh, LS Kades Batang Batindih dan MU Kades Non Aktif Desa Tambusai.

Dalam proses penangkapan juga diamankan barang bukti berupa uang tunai sebesar Rp 100 juta, 3 buah stempel, selembar kwitansi tanda terima uang dan 5 unit HP.
