Pangdam II/Sriwijaya Mayor Jendral TNI Irwan, S.I.P.,M.Hum, beserta jajarannya hari ini melakukan Kunjungan Kerja di Kodim 0427/Way Kanan yang disambut langsung oleh Bupati H. Raden Adipati Surya, S.SH.,M.M, Dandim 0427/Wk Letkol Czi. Komara ST. M.Si dan Jajaran Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah Kabupaten, Selasa (23/06/2020)
Saat berbincang dengan Pangdam II/SWJ, Bupati Adipati mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Pangdam beserta jajaran di Bumi Ramik Ragom, dimana kedatangan tersebut merupakan suatu kebanggaan dan kehormatan khususnya bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten dan masyarakat Kabupaten Way Kanan dengan berharap akan menambah wawasan terhadap situasi keamanan dan ketertiban terkini di Wilayah Kabupaten ini.
Pada kesempatan tersebut juga disampaikan bahwa meskipun dalam situasi Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia termasuk Kabupaten Way Kanan, namun situasi keamanan dan ketertiban di Kabupaten yang berusia 21 Tahun ini aman dan terkendali.
“Dimana keamanan dan ketertiban yang terjaga sampai saat ini adalah berkat kerjasama yang baik antara berbagai pihak termasuk jajaran dari TNI khususnya Kodim 0427/Way Kanan. Dan Kami juga memohon kepada Bapak Pangdam agar berkenan memberikan masukan-masukan dan petunjuk bagaimana mensikapi kondisi keamanan saat ini, baik ditingkat Nasional maupun Daerah, terlebih tidak akan lama lagi tepatnya di Bulan Desember 2020 mendatang akan dilaksanakan pesta Demokrasi Pemililhan Kepala Daerah secara serentak termasuk di Bumi Ramik Ragom tercinta ini”, ujar Bupati Warga Kehormatan Artileri Marinir itu.
Karena Pesta Demokrasi yang akan dihelat dalam waktu dekat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap berjalannya pembangunan lima tahun mendatang. Untuk itu, pelaksanaannya harus benar-benar bersih, bebas intervensi dan tertib serta dapat meminimalisir potensi kecurangan yang dapat merusak semangat demokrasi. Selain itu kunjungan kerja tersebut sebagai jalinan silaturahmi dalam upaya menyatukan visi dan persepsi guna menatap masa depan yang lebih baik, aman, serta penuh kedamaian di Kabupaten Way Kanan khususnya. /Redaksi
