LAMPUNG SELATAN, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID | Jelang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 2020, salah satu Kepala Desa (Kades) di Kecamatan Palas, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan (Lamsel), diduga tidak netral, hingga menuwai perbincangan dikalangan masyarakat.
Pasalnya, Poniran, Kedes Bumi Asih, Kecamatan Palas terang-terangan mengunggah salah satu foto pasangan Bakal Calon Bupati Lamsel dan Wakil Bupati Lamsel, NE & PKD di sosial media facebook (FB) miliknya ‘Zhandhink Putra Ngayogjokarto’ hingga mengundang berbagai komentar masyarakat pro dan kontra.
Dari informasi yang berhasil dihimpun awak media, Kades Bumi Asih, Poniran diduga sebagai kader Partai Politik (Parpol) bertema merah berlambang moncong putih, dengan terang-terangan mengunggah kegiatan Parpol serta memakai kemeja merah di sertai lambang Parpol dan di posting melalui sosial media FB miliknya ‘Zhandhink Putra Ngayogjokarto’.
Melihat adanya pro dan kontra di sosial media, Panwascam Palas dengan sigap melayangkan panggilan kepada saksi-saksi, pada Kamis, (25/6/2020) pagi.
Mendapat surat panggilan dari Panwascam Palas, Yudi warga Kecamatan Palas langsung memenuhi undangan tersebut ke Sekretariat Panwascam yang terletak di Jalan Perintis Desa Bangunan Kecamatan Palas, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
“Netralitas sepertinya sudah digaumkan dari mulai perangkat-perangkat Desa, ASN, Polri, TNI dan semua Kecamatan, khususnya Kecamatan Palas. Cuma ada satu kejanggalan pak, yang sangat-sangat melukai hati saya sebagai seorang calon pemilih/masyarakat biasa. Dimana pada saat Panwascam menggaumkan Netralitas kok masih ada yang tidak netralitas, itu Kepala Desa Bumi Asih,” kata Yudi di Sekretariat Panwascam Palas, Kamis (25/6/2020).
Diselah-selah perbincangan Yudi menunjukan foto-foto bukti dugaan ketidak netralan Kepala Desa tersebut.
“Ini ada Screenshot dan foto-fotonya. Cuma begini, ini supaya tidak terulang kepada Kades-kades lainnya, seandainya dia punya pilihan lain sebaiknya simpan di hati tidak usah digembor-gemborkan hargailah peraturan, dia juga sebagai Kades seharusnya mengerti,” ujarnya.
Ditempat yang sama, Ketua Panwascam Palas, Sobari mengatakan, terkait dengan dugaan ketidak netralan Kepala Desa sempat viral di media sosial FB, pihaknya sudah koordinasi dengan Bawaslu Kabupaten.
“Semalam kami sudah koordinasi juga dengan Bawaslu Kabupaten, secepatnya kita akan memanggil yang bersangkutan yaitu Kades Bumi Asih,” kata Sobari.
Lanjut lebih dalam, Sobari mengatakan, Kepala Desa yang mengarah kepada ketidak netralan pada Pilkada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Lampung Selatan akan dilayangkan surat panggilan untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Yang bersangkutan akan kita mintai keterangan, kemudian setelah itu baru kita kaji. Apakah ini masuk dalam pelanggaran sebagai aparatur pemerintahan,” ujar Sobari.
“Kepala Desa itu di undang-undangkan sudah jelas, tidak dipilih melalui partai politik berarti dia tidak boleh berpolitik praktis,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Kades Bumi Asih, Poniran saat dihubungi melalui via telephone tidak menjawab panggilan. /Redaksi
