Yang terjadi justru kesan kegaduhan dan kesemrautan dari pola gerakan yang tidak vokus dan tidak mengerucut pada satu tujuan dengan derap langkah serta gerakan bersama yang kompak dan solid. Polarisasi gerakan seperti yang sudah lama terjadi seperti itu persis seperti yang berlangsung di kalangan buruh dan serikat buruh di Indonesia.

Begitulah kesan balap karung dari berbagai elemen pergerajan di negeri yang tengah membangun ini, tak cuma infrastruktur saja, tapi juga bentuk dan model dari suprastrukturnya pun masih mencari bentuk. Jangan-jangan, pola gerakan berbagai elemen, aliansi dan koalisi itu sendiri memang sedang mencari bentuk juga, kalau pun tidak pas disebut sedang mencari sikap dan watak dari jati dirinya yang sejati dan otentik.
Agaknya itu sebabnya kaum pelajar, mahasiswa, akademisi, pegiat sosial kemasyarakatan, beragam aktivis dari berbagai jurus dan bidang yang menjadi perhatiannya, sulit disatukan seperti gerakan kaum buruh dan serikat buruh. Bahkan kelompok dan faksi yang muncul terkesan semakin banyak, hingga makin sulit dipilih, mana yang otentik dan murni hendak berjuang memperbaiki kondisi dari kehidupan rakyat agar bisa lebih baik dalam arti kesejahteraan yang berkeadilan serta lebih beradab serta lebih manusiawi.
Realitasnya memang begitu. Meski tak pula sedikit kalangan mahasiswa dan aktivis lingkungan serta pegiat demokrasi maupun aktivis untuk hak-hak asasi manusia yang ikut berteriak lantang betapa bahaya Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja bila terus dipaksakan hendak diberlakukan di Indonesia. Sebab Omnibus Law itu tak hanya mengobok-obok masalah buruh dan serikat buruh, tapi juga banyak sektor dan bidang pekerjaan lainnya yang ikut diaduk-aduk dalam satu wadah atau bak dari dalam muatan bus itu.
Fenomena dari bertumbuhnya lembaga sosial kemasyarakatan menjadi semakin marak dan liar kesannya sejak reformasi tahun 1998.
Setidaknya, wajah dari organisasi buruh pun cuma hitam dan putih saja adanya ketika itu. Karenanya SBSI (Serikat Buruh Sejahyera Indonesi) yang dipimpi Muchtar Pakpahan menjadi sangat fenomenal, karena berani dan lantang melawan rezim Orde Baru.
Yang lain, ah belum ada yang berani tampil. Belakangan setelah reformasi baru muncul banyak organisasi termasuk serikat buruh. Maka itu sebelumnya ada istilah populer di kalangan buruh dunia itu yang disebut serikat buruh kuning dan serikat buruh putih. Inilah sebabnya pada tahun 2004 silam kawan-kawan aktvis dari berbagai bidang dan latar belakang berhimpun bersama Klinik Hukum Merdeka yang bermarkas di Komplek Bina Marga Kawasan jalan Pramuka Raya Jakarta melahirkan forum diskusi setiap Kamis dengan mengundang beragam tokoh dari beragam disiplin ilmu maupun latar belakang profesi bahkan beragam latar ideologi. Meski sempat ramai dan marak mendapat sambutan, toh rumusan dari kesan ingin terus melakukan balap karung tadi, justru thesisnya dikukuhkan Kang Benny Akbar Fatah dari forum ini juga, yang terlahir dan dibidani oleh kawan-kawan di Klinik Hukum Merdeka tahun 2004 silam.
Itulah yang membuat saya kangen dan romantis berharap kebersamsaan dari kaum pergerakan bisa kompak. Bukan bernafsu ingin balap karung. Biarlah gairah balap karung itu cukup untuk sekedar memeriahkan perayaan tujuhbelasan saja. (Red/Aj)
