BPI KPNPA RI Meminta KPK Segera Tahan Suryadi Halim, Yang Sudah Ditetapkan Sebagai Tersangka.

Hal ini disampaikan Ketua Umum Badan Peneliti Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara Pengawas Anggaran Republik Indonesia, Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar, menyikapi masuknya laporan masyarakat Sumbar yang disampaikan kepada BPI KPNPA RI terkait masih bebasnya tersangka kasus korupsi di KPK tahun Anggaran 2013-2015 dalam pekerjaan proyek jalan bengkalis yang merugikan negara senilai 41 milyar.
Dimana Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi pada hari jumat tanggal 17 Januari tahun 2020 telah menetapkan 10 orang tersangka, dan salah satunya adalah milyader kota padang, Suryadi halim alias Tando, sebagai kontraktor pelaksana yang mengerjakan proyek di Bengkalis.
Dan berdasarkan informasi dari masyarakat kota padang bahwasanya Suryadi Halim alias Tando terkesan kebal hukum sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka yang disandangnya tidak menjadikanya orang yang terkurung dan sering terlihat masyarakat masih ada di kota Padang.
Untuk itu ketua Umum BPI-KPNPA RI akan melayangkan surat dan akan mempertanyakan ke pihak KPK, kenapa tersangka Suryadi Halim alias Tando masih bebas beraktifitas, dan bagaimana dengan status tersangka yang disandangnya ?.
Wajah hukum akan tercoreng dengan adanya indikasi perlakuan khusus pada salah seorang tersangka kasus tindak pidana korupsi.
Untuk itu KPK harus memberikan keterangan dan segera melakukan penahanan agar masyarakat dapat mempercayai aparat penegak hukum khususnya kepada KPK , kita akan kawal kasus ini sampai tuntas ujar TB . Rahmad Sukendar ,dengan geram.
