Lanal Denpasar Laksanakan Tes Garjas Bagi Prajurit Militer dan PNS

Dalam rangka menguji serta menjaga kesiapan dan kebugaran personil TNI AL yang berdinas di Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut (Lanal) Denpasar menggelar tes Kesegaran Jasmani bagi seluruh prajurit dan PNS Lanal Denpasar yang dilaksanakan di Lapangan Mako Lanal Denpasar Jl. Raya Sesetan no.331 Denpasar Selatan, Bali. Kamis (24/09).

Tes kesegaran jasmani yang digelar dua kali dalam setahun ini, wajib hukumnya diikuti seluruh personil baik prajurit maupun PNS TNI. Periode pertama digelar antara Januari hingga Juli, dan periode ke-2 di gelar antara Juli hingga Desember.

Sebelum pelaksanaan tes kesegaran jasmani seluruh peserta mendapat pengarahan dari Komandan Lanal Denpasar Kolonel Laut (P) Ketut Budiantara, S.E. yang intinya tes kesegaran jasmani ini merupakan salah satu tolak ukur sejauh mana pembinaan yang dilakukan satuan terhadap personil dijajarannya.

Danlanal juga menegaskan bahwa setiap prajurit (Militer/PNS) wajib mengikuti kegiatan tes kesegaran jasmani/samapta tersebut. Bagi personil yang belum melaksakan hari ini bisa melaksanakan sesuai jadwal yang sudah dibuat oleh Binjas/Minpers Lanal Denpasar.

Tes kesamaptaan jasmani ini diikuti oleh seluruh personel Militer dan PNS, materi tes meliputi batere A (lari 12 menit) dan batere B (pull up, sit up, push up, dan shuttle run).

Sebelum pelaksanaan tes, seluruh anggota melaksanakan tensi darah oleh petugas kesehatan dari Balai Kesehatan (BK) Lanal Denpasar untuk menjaga hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan dalam pelaksanaan samapta nantinya.

Dari hasil pengecekan tensi darah dinyatakan bahwa anggota Lanal Denpasar seluruhnya sehat dan bisa mengikuti kegiatan samapta tersebut.

Tes ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengukur sejauh mana kondisi serta kebugaran fisik anggota Lanal Denpasar.

Hasil dari Tes Samapta ini nantinya akan disampaikan ke Komando Atas sebagai bahan laporan serta evaluasi mengenai kebugaran dan kesiapan fisik serta kesehatan anggota Lanal Denpasar dalam melaksanakan tugas yang dipercayakan kepada seluruh anggota Lanal Denpasar. (Red/Aj)
