SURABAYA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Untuk mengasah kemampuan tempur dan mempraktekkan materi pelajaran teori yang diterima di kelas, Taruna Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) Tingkat IV Angkatan ke-66 Korps Marinir melaksanakan Latihan Praktek Menembak Senjata Bantuan Infanteri (Lattek Senbanif) yang digelar selama sepekan di Pusat Latihan Pertempuran (Puslatpur) Korps Marinir, Desa Sumberwaru, Kecamatan Banyuputih, Kabupaten Situbondo, Jawa Timur.
Hal tersebut dikatakan Perwira Pelaksana Latihan (Palaklat) Lattek Senbanif, Mayor Marinir Prio Sigit, S.H. saat mendampingi Taruna Marinir jalani latihan, Selasa (29/9). Menurut Prio, Lattek Senbanif yang dilangsungkan sejak 27 September hingga 3 Oktober 2020 ini diikuti 16 Taruna AAL Tingkat IV Angkatan ke-66 Korps Marinir dibawah bimbingan 13 pelatih dan instruktur dari Kolatmar dan Depmar AAL.
Latihan ini lanjut Prio, bertujuan agar para Taruna AAL Korps Marinir dapat mengaplikasikan materi pelajaran yang sudah diterima di kelas serta memiliki pengalaman dan keterampilan taktik maupun teknik menembak Senjata Bantuan Infanteri. Selain itu juga bertujuan agar Taruna Korps Marinir dapat melaksanakan prosedur permintaan bantuan tembakan Senjata Bantuan Infanteri.
Beberapa materi pokok yang akan dipraktekkan oleh 16 Taruna AAL Korps Marinir ini tambah Prio, diantaranya pengetahuan teori praktis, drill taktik dan teknik Senbanif yang berisi tentang teknik menembak senjata GPMG (General Purpose Machine Gun), RPG (Rocket Propelled Grenade), Minimi, Mortir 60 dan 81 serta latihan Senbanif dalam taktik operasi darat yang terdiri dari latihan taktis Senbanif dalam serangan dan pertahanan.
“Pada latihan hari ketiga ini para Taruna melaksanakan latihan Gun Drill Mortir 60 mm, Gun Drill Mortir 60 mm serta menembak granat latihan,” terang Palaklat.
Setelah mengikuti berbagai latihan dan praktek Senbanif terangnya, Taruna AAL Korps Marinir diharapkan mampu melaksanakan tugas sebagai Komandan Peleton Infanteri, memiliki kemampuan sebagai pasukan dengan kualifikasi menembak senapan laras panjang dan pistol, terjun para dasar, dan dasar komando.
Taruna Korps Marinir juga dapat mengetahui tugas lapangan Komandan Kompi, memiliki pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan teknologi persenjataan dan persenjataan bantuan infanteri, memiliki bekal ilmu pengetahuan di bidang peperangan darat untuk pengembangan karier sebagai kader pemimpin masa depan.
