DEPUTI KEMENPAN R/B APRESIASI LAYANAN PUBLIK DAN SARPRAS DI KANWIL KUMHAM JABAR

Kepala Kantor Wilayah Imam Suyudi bersama Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama dan Tim Pokja WBK/WBBM Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat menerima kunjungan Deputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi Diah Natalisa dalam rangka pendampingan menuju Unit Pelayanan Percontohan (Best Practices).

Kegiatan ini merupakan buah kerjasama dan kolaborasi dengan Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM RI.

Kegiatan ini sebagai amanat dari Undang-undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 Pasal 29 ayat (1) tentang Pelayanan Publik yaitu memonitoring penyediaan Sarana Prasarana Pelayanan Bagi Kelompok Rentan pada Lingkup Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat.

Kunjungan Deputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi diawali dengan meninjau fasilitas penunjang yang dimiliki oleh Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat didampingi Kepala Kantor Wilayah dan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat seperti :  1. Loket Pelayanan (Law and Human Right), 2. Ruang Konsultasi Yankomas, 3. Ruang Divisi Keimigrasian, 4. Ruang Perpustakaan (Ruang Baca Yasonna H. Laoly), 5. Ruang Terbuka Taman WBKWBBM, 6 Ruang Legal Drafter (Ismail Saleh), dan 7. Ruang Pamer Divisi Pemasyarakatan, 8. Taman Bermain Anak dan Laktasi.

Imam menyampaikan lebih lanjut bahwa Layanan di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat sudah diintegrasikan ke dalam satu Aplikasi bernama SIPELET (Sistem Pelayanan Elektronik) yang merupakan suatu produk unggulan dari Kanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Barat dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.

Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh jajaran Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat baik Pemasyarakatan maupun Imigrasi melalui Aplikasi Zoom.

Diah Natalisa mengapresiasi apa yang telah dilakukan oleh Kanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Barat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat terutama bagi kelompok rentan dan sebagai Organisasi Pembina bagi Satuan Kerja Pemasyarakatan dan Imigrasi di Jawa Barat.

Lebih lanjut Diah memaparkan materi Mewujudkan Pelayanan Publik Ramah Kelompok Rentan sesuai Surat Edaran Menteri PANRB No.66 Tahun 2020 Tentang Penyediaan Sarana dan Prasarana bagi Kelompok Rentan.

“Kondisi pada umumnya belum bisa memenuhi apa yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya kelompok rentan. Kemenkumham sebagai Pilot Project bagi Instansi Pemerintah yang lain”. ujar Diah.

Kami berharap ada Unit Pelaksana Teknis untuk bisa menjadi Role Model bagi UPT yang lain.

Kami berharap Jajaran Kanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Barat bisa menindaklanjuti Surat Edaran yang kami sebutkan sampai dengan level Unit Pelaksana Teknis.

Intinya prinsip Pemenuhan Sarana Prasarana harus meliputi : 1. Sederhana, 2. Keadilan, 3. Partisipatif, 4. Akuntabel. 5. Berkelanjutan. “Saya berharap Kanwil Jawa Barat bisa menjadi Role Model bagi Instansi Pemerintah yang lain dengan memberikan contoh yang terbaik”. (Red/Aj)
