Tanah Datar, BeritaTerkini.co.id – Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polres Tanah Datar mengamankan satu orang diduga pelaku tindak pidana penyalahgunaan Narkotika gol I jenis Sabu. Terduga pelaku yang berinisial I (33) ditangkap pada hari Sabtu (28/11/20) di sebuah rumah di Jorong Ombilin, Nagari Simawang, Kecamatan Rambatan, Kabupaten Tanah Datar.
Sebelumnya tim sudah mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat bahwasanya terduga pelaku sering menggunakan dan mengedarkan Narkotika jenis Sabu di Jorong Ombilin, Nagari Simawang.
Kapolres Tanah Datar melalui Kasat Narkoba AKP Yadi Permana, SH membenarkan, bahwa telah menangkap pelaku pengguna Narkotika berinisial I (33).
Menanggapi laporan tersebut, tim langsung melakukan penyelidikan di seputaran Jorong Ombilin, Nagari Simawang, ucap AKP Yadi Permana.
Tim mendapat informasi dari masyarakat bahwasanya terduga pelaku sedang berada dirumah mertuanya sedang duduk diruang tamu di Jorong Ombilin, Nagari Simawang, petugaspun segera mengamankan terduga pelaku dan melakukan penggeledahan badan serta rumah terduga pelaku yang disaksikan oleh warga. Hasilnya, tim menemukan 8 (delapan) paket butiran kristal bening yang diduga Narkotika jenis Sabu yang dibungkus dengan plastik bening yang dibungkus lagi dengan plastik bening didalam kotak rokok merk Sampoerna yang terletak di atas lemari pakaian miliknya. Terduga pelaku juga mengakui bahwa 8 (delapan) paket Narkotika jenis Sabu tersebut adalah miliknya, terang AKP Yadi Permana.
Terduga pelaku dan barang bukti di bawa ke Polres Tanah Datar guna proses penyidikan selanjutnya, ujar AKP Yadi Permana.
Barang bukti yang diamankan, 8 (delapan) paket butiran kristal bening yang diduga Narkotika jenis Sabu yang dibungkus dengan plastik bening dengan berat kotor lk 1,46 gram., 1 (satu) buah plastik klip., 1 (satu) buah kotak rokok merk Sampoerna., 1 (satu) unit Handphone merk Samsung warna putih., 1 (satu) unit Handphone Android merk Oppo warna merah.
Pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 114 ayat 1 Jo pasal 112 ayat 1 UU No. 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, tutup AKP Yadi Permana.
