KPK Ultimatum Seluruh Kepala Daerah Tidak Gunakan Bansos Sebagai Untuk Kepentingan Pilkada

JAKARTA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengultimatum Kepala Daerah agar tidak menggunakan bantuan sosial untuk kepentingan Pilkada, baik untuk pencalonan dirinya, maupun keluarga dan koleganya.

Wakil Ketua KPK Nawawi Pamolango menegaskan hal itu, menyoroti langkah Gubernur Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) Zuklieflimansyah, yang menyerahkan 200 ekor sapi kepada lima kelompok tani dalam rangka mendukung program 1.000 ekor sapi di kawasan Labangka Food Estate di Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat.

Kegiatan Gubernur tersebut menjadi sorotan, karena sejatinya program tersebut merupakan program pemerintah pusat, namun baru dieksekusi pada masa kampanye.Apalagi terdapat kerabat Gubernur yang maju dalam kontestasi Pilkada 2020 ini.

” Pada berbagai kesempatan, KPK selalu mengingatkan agar tidak ada praktek-praktek pemanfaatan dana bansos dan anggaran penanganan Covid-19 lainnya, untuk kepentingan pemenangan calon dalam pilkada,” kata Nawawi kepada awak media, Selasa (8/12/2020).

KPK, kata Nawawi, akan terus memonitor penyaluran bansos, dan menegaskan akan langsung menindaknya bila terjadi penyimpangan.

Perlu Langkah Tegas

Pengamat Kebijakan Publik Nyoman Sarjana, mengapresiasi langkah KPK yang akan terus memonitor bantuan sosial agar tepat sasaran dan tidak disalah gunakan untuk kepentingan Pilkada.

Terkait potensi pelanggaran atas penyaluran 200 ekor sapi, Sarjana menyarankan Bawaslu lebih proaktif untuk memonitor apakah ada dugaan pelanggaran atau tidak.

” Bawaslu memiliki kewenangan untuk mengusut dugaan pelanggaran Pilkada tanpa harus menunggu laporan terlebih dahulu. Termasuk terkait potensi pelanggaran dengan memanfaatkan bansos untuk kepentingan pilkada. Tugas Bawaslu kan mengawasi dan mengusut jika memang terjadi potensi pelanggaran,” kata Sarjana.

Sarjana menyebut, potensi pelanggaran bisa ditemukan saat adanya penggunaan anggaran bansos pemerintah. Biasanya anggaran dipergunakan untuk mengkampanyekan pasangan calon tertentu di masa pandemi.

” Potensi pelanggaran beragam macamnya. Tak hanya memanfaatkan bansos saja, namum sangat mungkin terjadi pelanggaran dalam penggunaan dana coorporate social responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan untuk kampanye. Dari hal tersebut Bawaslu bisa menelisik motif dibalik CSR apakah dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung salah satu paslon atau tidak,” terang dia. (Red/Aj)
