Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia menggelar Rapat Kerja (Raker) Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia Tahun 2020, Senin (14/12/2020).
Rapat yang diadakan secara virtual dan dihadiri oleh sekitar 4.386 warga adhyaksa dari seluruh Indonesia ini mengangkat tema “Komitmen Kejaksaan Menyukseskan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional”.
Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin di dalam laporannya menyampaikan, raker ini merupakan forum untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Kejaksaan di tahun 2020 sekaligus merumuskan arah kebijakan strategis Kejaksaan di tahun 2021.
Di hadapan Presiden Joko Widodo, sejumlah Menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju, dan peserta raker lainnya, Burhanuddin menyampaikan beberapa capaian kinerja Kejaksaan di tahun 2020.
Di Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus, Kejaksaan menangani perkara yang memiliki nilai kerugian yang cukup besar, menangani korporasi sebagai pelaku tindak pidana, serta menangani perkara yang bersentuhan dengan sektor penerimaan negara. Kejaksaan juga menginisiasi penindakan tindak pidana korupsi yang merugikan perekonomian negara.
“Tahun 2020, Kejaksaan Agung dan Kejaksaan di seluruh Indonesia berhasil menyelamatkan keuangan negara sebanyak Rp19,2 triliun dan telah berkontribusi untuk penerimaan negara bukan pajak (PNBB) sebesar Rp346,1 miliar,” ungkapnya.
Di Bidang Tindak Pidana Umum, lanjut Burhanuddin, untuk mewujudkan keadilan berdasarkan hukum dan hati nurani, Kejaksaan telah menerbitkan Peraturan Kejaksaan Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Penghentian Penuntutan Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif.
“Saat ini terdapat 107 perkara yang diselesaikan berdasarkan keadilan restoratif. Berdasarkan kebijakan ini kami berharap ke depan tidak ada lagi penegakan hukum yang justru menganiaya para pencari keadilan khususnya masyarakat kecil,” ungkap Jaksa Agung.
Di Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara, dalam rangka penanganan COVID-19, Kejaksaan melakukan pendampingan hukum dengan nilai total Rp38,7 triliun, juga pendampingan kebijakan pemulihan ekonomi nasional dengan total nilai Rp68,2 triliun.
“Penyelamatan keuangan daerah di bidang perdata dan tata usaha negara sebanyak Rp239,5 triliun dan 11,8 juta dolar AS. Serta pemulihan keuangan negara sebanyak Rp11,1 triliun dan 406 ribu dolar AS,” paparnya.
Di Bidang Intelijen, Kejaksaan berperan aktif dalam mengamankan dan mendukung percepatan pembangunan proyek-proyek strategis nasional.
“Berhasil mengamankan pembangunan strategis dengan total pagu anggaran sebanyak Rp289 triliun,” paparnya.
Dalam mendukung iklim investasi dan kemudahan berusaha, imbuh Jaksa Agung, telah berhasil memfasilitasi investasi dengan nilai Rp26,3 triliun.
“Melalui program tangkap buronan telah menangkap sebanyak 146 buronan,” terangnya.
Di Bidang Pengawasan, imbuh Burhanuddin, pihaknya berhasil melakukan whisteblowing system dengan menyelesaikan sebanyak 107 pelaporan dari total 524 laporan pengaduan. “Dilakukan penjatuhan hukuman disiplin terdapat 130 pegawai Kejaksaan,” tegasnya.
Di Bidang Pembinaan, dalam rangka membangun dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, Kejaksaan telah membentuk assessment center dengan kegiatan antara lain seleksi jabatan Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi yang berkualifikasi pemantapan yang dilakukan secara terbuka.
“Kejaksaan telah melakukan pengamanan aset sebanyak Rp149,1 miliar dan 57 bidang tanah,” ungkap Burhanuddin.
“Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia dalam rangka menjaga kesinambungan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, tetap dilakukan pendidikan pembentukan dan pelatihan jaksa yang pelaksanaannya menerapkan protokol kesehatan secara ketat dan diselenggarakan secara virtual sebanyak 400 calon jaksa,” pungkas Jaksa Agung Burhanuddin ST.
