Pejabat Utama dan Prajurit Kodiklatal Ikuti Upacara HUT TNI Angkatan Laut ke-75 Secara Virtual

Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) TNI Angkatan Laut ke-75 Tahun 2020 ini tidak seperti tahun tahun sebelumnya. Di tengah pandemi virus Covid-19, pelaksanaan peringatan terpusat di Mabesal sedangkan Kotama TNI AL mengikuti secara virtual seperti yang dilaksanakan Pejabat Utama dan perwakilan Prajurit Kodiklatal dengan Virtual Live di gedung R Moeljadi Kesatrian Bumimoro Komando Pembinaan Doktrin Pendidikan dan Latihan Angkatan Laut (Kodiklatal) Surabaya, Kamis, (10/9).

Adapun pejabat Utama Kodiklatal yang hadir dalam peringatan HUT TNI AL secara virtual tersebut antara lain Komandan Laksda TNI Nurhidayat, Wadan Kodiklatal Brigjen TNI (Mar) Lukman ST., M.Si (Han) , para Direktur Kodiklatal dan para Komandan Kodik dijajaran Kodiklatal.

Untuk peringatan Puncak HUT TNI AL ke-75 Tahun 2020 ini dilaksanakan di lapangan bendera depan gedung R.E Martadinata Mabesal dan di pimpin langsung Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut (Kasal) Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono, S.E., M.M dan dihadiri para pejabat Utama Mabesal.

Selesai pelaksanaan upacara secara virtual dilanjutkan dengan pemotongan tumpeng oleh masing masing Kotama TNI AL, untuk Kodiklatal pemotongan tumpeng dilaksanakan di gedung Martadinata Bumimoro dan dipimpin langsung Komandan Kodiklatal Laksda TNI Nurhidayat, potongan tumpeng diserahkan kepada perwakilan Perwira Bintara, tamtama dan PNS Kodiklatal.

Kasal Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono, S.E., M.M dalam sambutanya menyampaikan sebagai bagian integral dari sebuah bangsa maritim yang besar dan sekaligus juga merupakan komponen utama pertahanan negara, tentunya TNI Angkatan Laut akan selalu mendukung setiap langkah kebijakan pemerintah. Penjabaran dari kebijakan pemerintah ke dalam pembangunan kekuatan TNI Angkatan Laut dapat kita fahami bersama pada tema peringatan hari ulang tahun TNI Angkatan Laut kali ini adalah: “Dengan Semangat Jalesveva Jayamahe, Kita Siap Mewujudkan TNI Angkatan Laut Yang Profesional, Modern Dan Tangguh Guna Mendukung Indonesia Maju”.

Menurutnya kejayaan TNI Angkatan Laut sangat ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia yang harus memiliki keunggulan karakter dan profesionalisme. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai prajurit pengawal samudera nusantara, di pundak kitalah dipercayakan amanah untuk membangun kekuatan TNI Angkatan Laut yang melindungi segenap bangsa serta menjamin kedaulatan dan keamanan negara di laut.

Sejak kelahirannya pada tanggal 10 september tahun 1945 hingga saat ini, TNI Angkatan Laut telah memberikan bukti nyata sebagai penyangga utama pertahanan di laut dalam bentuk kehadiran dan pengabdiannya guna mewujudkan kedaulatan laut nusantara serta mengawal keutuhan NKRI sebagai jaminan negara terhadap keselamatan dan kelangsungan hidup bangsa.

Dihadapkan pada ancaman dan tantangan yang dihadapi bangsa saat ini, naval presence memiliki makna yang luas yakni kehadiran angkatan laut yang siap dan mampu menjadi jawaban atau problem solver terhadap segala ancaman, gangguan, dan tantangan nyata yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia. Sejarah telah mencatat bahwa ketika bangsa ini mengembalikan Irian Barat ke pangkuan ibu pertiwi, angkatan laut hadir dalam operasi Trikora. Ketika ibukota Jakarta membara dilanda kerusuhan massa tahun 1998, angkatan laut hadir meredam para demonstran.

Selain itu Ketika negara lain mempermasalahkan batas wilayah maritim kita, angkatan laut hadir mengamankan setiap batas maritim dan pulau terluar. Ketika KM. Sinar Kudus dibajak di Somalia, angkatan laut hadir membebaskan sandera, ketika penyebaran narkotika makin marak, angkatan laut hadir menggagalkan penyelundupan sabu di kapal Sun rise glory. ketika negara dilanda wabah covid-19, angkatan laut hadir bersama kekuatan nasional lainnya dalam mengatasi pandemi.

Inilah bukti, inilah jawaban dan inilah amanah bangsa dan negara bagi kita prajurit samudera, ketika kepentingan nasional dan negara terancam, angkatan laut selalu hadir menjadi jawaban, ketika ibu pertiwi memanggil angkatan laut selalu hadir. Dengan semangat Jalesveva Jayamahe, kita berkomitmen untuk membangun kekuatan TNI Angkatan Laut yang siap dioperasikan atau operational ready force, sehingga angkatan laut mampu hadir kapanpun dan dimanapun negara dan rakyat membutuhkan.
