Laporkan Dugaan Indikasi Korupsi Di OKU Ke Kejati Sumsel

Palembang,Berita Terkini.Co.Id Gabungan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Kontrol Pencegahan Korupsi (KPK) dan
Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Petisi PLH Korwil Sumatera Selatan (SUMSEL) melakukan unjuk rasa (UNRAS) terkait dugaan indikasi korupsi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (PEMKAB) Ogan Konering Ulu (OKU) di depan kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (KAJATI ) Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) Jakabaring Palembang,(01/12/21).

Perwakilan gabungan LSM KPK dan Korwil Sumsel LSM PETISI PLH Sahabudin menyampaikan bawasan hari ini kami melakukan unjuk rasa di Kejati Sumsel ini menyampaikan terkait temuan dugaan indikasi Korupsi di Pemerintah Kabupaten OKU.

Kami mendesak Kejati Sumsel membentuk tim khusus guna melakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan dan memanggil pihak pihak terkait guna di minta keterangan untuk mengungkap dugaan indikasi penyimpangan dan dugaan indikasi penyalahgunaan wewenang dan kesempatan,”ujarnya.

Dugaan Indikasi di empat kegiatan pembuatan oprit IV (Empat )di kabupaten OKU dengan Nilai Rp.9.914.150.000. Sumber dana APBD Provinsi Sumsel tahun anggaran 2020 Satker PU Bina Marga dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Sumsel dengan pemenang PT Gading Utama .

Pekerjaan Insfrastruktur pembuatan jalan setapak corbeton Rt.27.13Rw 05 dan sekitarnya talang bungur kelurahan sukajadi sumber dans APBD Kabupaten OKU Tahun anggaran 2020 sebesar Rp.978.908.025.97.pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permikiman Kab OKU CV Trabaz Pamili selaku pelaksana.

Pekerjaan Insfrastruktur jalan setapak Corbeton desa Air Wall kecamatan lubuk batang Sumber dana APBD kabupaten OKU Tahun Anggaran 2020 sebesar Rp.1.622.317.635.53. Pada Dinad Perumahan dan Permukiman Kab OKU ,CV Sattiya Kencana.

Pembuatan jalan setapak corbeton desa penyandingan kecamatan Soso Buai Rayap sebesar Rp.982.831.746.77. Sumber dana APBD OKU Tahun 2020 pada Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman dimenangkan oleh CV.Peyn Bara Abadi

Dari keempat indikasi dugaan korupsi tersebut dokument akan segera kami sampaikan ke PTSP Kejaati Sumsel.

Aksi unjuk rasa tersebut di terima langsung Kasie Penkum Kajati Sumsel yang Baru Mohd Radyan kami terima apa yang di sampaikan dan akan di tindak lanjuti,namun laporan serta dokumen pendukung harus di serahkan ke PTSP dan kita akan periksa dan segera di tindak lanjuti laporan tersebut,Pungkasnya.(DN/RZP)
