Lampung Selatan, Beritaterkini.co.id – Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Komite Aksi Masyarakat dan Pemuda Untuk Demokrasi (KAMPUD) menghadiri acara bincang santai (simposium) terkait kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam perspektif tokoh masyarakat dan aktivis pergerakan yang dipusatkan di Negeri Baru Resort, Kalianda, Lampung Selatan, pada Senin (20/12/2021).
Dalam keterangan persnya, Ketua DPD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, KAMPUD, Ardiansyah Armi mengutarakan bahwa pihaknya memberikan apresiasi yang tinggi atas kegiatan yang diinisiasi oleh Ketua LSM Gerakan Masyarakat Bawah Indonesia (GMBI) Distrik Lampung Selatan, sebagai ajang silaturahmi para tokoh masyarakat dan aktivis di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan juga menyalurkan gagasan dan pandangannya terhadap capaian pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
“Kami sangat memberikan apresiasi dan mendukung atas terlaksananya kegiatan bincang santai seputar Pemeintah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang digagas oleh LSM GMBI Distrik Lampung Sleatan, selain ajang silaturahmi acara ini juga menjadi sarana untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap capaian kinerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan”, ungkap Ardi.
Ketua DPD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, KAMPUD yang karib disapa Ardi ini juga menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya mendorong semangat Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan untuk membuka pintu selebar-lebarnya untuk seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang ada di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam merumuskan kebijakan-kebijakan sebagai arah pembangunan dan untuk meningkatkan peran serta dan partisipasi masyakarat dalam Pemerintahan.
“Sesuai amanat UU nomor 25 tahun 2004 tentang sistem perencanaan pembangunan Nasional, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan telah menyusun dokumen rencana pembangunan jangka menengah daerah (RPJMD) hal ini sebagai visi dan misi dari program kepala daerah melalui strategi pembangunan daerah, kebijakan umum, program prioritas dan arah kebijakan keuangan daerah untuk jangka waktu lima tahun, kemudian dalam menyusun RPJMD tersebut, Pemda Lampung Selatan diketahui kurang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang ada di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, dan hanya memfokuskan dari sisi akademisi dan DPRD setempat.
Maka dalam hal ini, lanjut Ardiansyah, “Lembaga KAMPUD mendorong agar Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan membuka pintu kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan/masyarakat seperti pengusaha, LSM, Ormas, Tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat dan sebagainya, agar turut berpartisipasi dan andil dalam perumusan-perumusan kebijakan yang sifatnya strategis seperti penyusunan RPJMD dan RPJPD sehingga Pemkab mendapat kepercayaan publik terhadap kebijakan yang diputuskan”, urai Ketua KAMPUD Lampung Selatan.
Acara yang dihadiri oleh Anggota Komisi I DPRD Provinsi Lampung, H. Ahmad Fitoni, Ketua GRANAT Lamsel, Rusman Efendi, tokoh masyarakat adat Panglima Alif, Pembina Dewan anak Adat H. Andi Aziz, Ketua LBH GMBI Distrik Lamsel, M. Ridwan, Nivolin, tokoh adat, tokoh agama, petani, ketua dan anggota Ormas dan LSM di Lampung Selatan, berlangsung dengan khidmat dan lancar. /Red
