PALEMBANG,  BERITATERKINI.co.id – Kasus dugaan OTT yang terjadi di Kantor Inspektorat Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) pada tahun 2020 terus begulir di Pangadilan Negeri Kayuagung, OKI

Dimana hari ini, agenda persidangan yakni menghadirkan saksi. Dengan dihadirkan saksi mahkota, Ahmad Willi Marfi, SH dan Ronal, SH selaku kuasa hukum dari eks ketua DPD Ormas ternama di Sumsel FR, menduga adanya rekasayasa sebelum kejadian.

Menurut Willi, dalam fakta persidangan hari ini, diduga kamera perekam sudah disiapkan oleh pelapor, kemudian uang dibawa dari luar ruangan telah disiapkan. Hal ini lantaran kurang dari lima menit uang itu dibawa kedalam ruangan, ternyata polisi sudah datang.

“Jadi jebakannya sangat kelihatan,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi, Senin (20/12/2021).

Lebih lanjut dikatakan, dalam hal ini tidak ada unsur pemerasan dan ancaman. Justru merekalah (pelapor) yang meminta untuk kliennya menyebutkan angka.

“Secara tidak langsung mereka meminta padahal dari Sarifudin (alm) sendiri menawarkan bantuan. Klien kita juga diundang untuk silaturahmi rupanya ada pembicaraan tetang pkh. dalam hal ini tidak ada ancaman atau paksaan,” tegasnya.

Selain itu Willi menyebut, jika uang yang ditawarkan kepada kliennya itu merupakan bantuan hibah, tentu saja akan diterima. Karena Ormas tersebut tidak ada suply dana dari pusat, melainkan bantuan atau hibah dari orang terdekat baik pemerintahan maupun swasta.

“Kita sudah tanya sama klien, sebelum Pilpres dia sudah mendapat SK dari pusat sebagai ketua Ormas pendukung Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin. Mereka tidak ada diberi dana bahkan setelah menang juga tidak ada kucuran dana dari pusat, sehingga untuk operasional mereka itu dana pribadi dan mengandalkan bantuan dari orang-orang terdekat, jadi wajar kalau mereka menerima jika ada tawaran hibah,” jelasnya.

Diketahui sebelumnya, pada 12 Agustus 2020, Polres OKI melakukan OTT terhadap petinggi Ormas pendukung Jokowi Ma’ruf di Sumsel. Dalam perkara ini terdapat tiga orang terdakwa yakni FR, EN dan RN. Saat ini kasus tersebut tengaj bergulir di Pengadilan Negeri Kayuagung, OKI.
