Bandar Lampung, Beritaterkini.co.id – Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) Komite Aksi Masyarakat dan Pemuda Untuk Demokrasi (KAMPUD) Seno Aji melakukan mediasi dengan salah satu perusahan Cat ternama skala nasional dengan inisial PT WA terkait adanya sengketa hubungan kerja dengan salah seorang mantan karyawan (kontrak) dari Perusahaan tersebut.
Proses mediasi tersebut berlangsung di Kantor PT WA Cabang Provinsi Lampung pada Selasa (8/3/2022), adapun pihak PT WA diwakili langsung oleh Manager PT WA Cabang Provinsi Lampung, Vr, Staff Administrasi, Fa dan Staff Administrasi piutang, Wi, turut hadir juga mantan Karyawan kontrak PT WA, Hr yang telah memberikan kuasa terhadap persoalannya dengan Ketua Umum DPP KAMPUD.
Melalui keterangan tertulisnya, Ketua Umum DPP KAMPUD, Seno Aji mengutarakan bahwa hasil dari mediasi tersebut menempuh kata sepakat untuk menyelesaikan perselisihan dan/atau sengketa terhadap hubungan kerja antar PT WA Cabang Provinsi Lampung dengan mantan karyawan kontrak Hr melalui jalur musyawarah secara kekeluargaan.
“Hr sebagai mantan karyawan kontrak dari PT WA Cabang Lampung dalam jabatannya sebagai ASR PT. WA Cabang Lampung periode 15 Oktober 2019 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2021, dinilai oleh PT WA telah melakukan kesalahan yang berakibat pada kerugian terhadap perusahaan tersebut, sebesar Rp. 3.217.620, kemudian atas dasar tersebut pihak PT WA Cabang Lampung belum menyerahkan ijazah dan jaminan BPKB kendaraan bermotor yang dititipkan oleh sdr. Hr sejak awal mulai bekerja di PT WA, walaupun sdr. Hr telah mengundurkan diri sejak Agustus 2021 dari perusahaan tersebut, namun pihak PT WA belum menyerahkan hak-hak daripada sdr. Hr berupa Ijasah, BPKB kendaraan dan juga gaji sdr. Hr periode Agustus 2021 sebesar Rp. 2.819.536”, ungkap Seno Aji.
Sosok aktivis yang karib disapa Seno Aji ini juga menguraikan sejumlah kesepakatan yang dicapai pada proses mediasi yang berlangsung di Kantor PT WA yang beralamat di Komplek pergudangan Bulog, Campang Raya, Bandar Lampung.
“Melalui proses mediasi dan klarifikasi tadi kita telah bersama menempuh kata sepakat diantaranya ;
1. Sdr. Hr akan bertanggungjawab atas beban faktur sebesar Rp. 3.127.620, dan akan melunasinya dengan gaji periode Agustus 2021 sebesar Rp. 2.819.536, dan sisa Rp. 398.084, akan dibayarkan melalui transfer ke rekening PT WA.
2. PT WA akan menyerahkan ijazah SMU dan BPKB Kendaraan bermotor milik sdr. Hr.
3. Kedua belah pihak tidak akan saling menuntut melalui upaya hukum untuk dikemudian hari”, pungkas Seno Aji.
Turut mendampingi ketua umum DPP KAMPUD, Seno Aji, sejumlah pengurus DPP KAMPUD, yakni bidang Hukum, HAM dan Aksi massa, Sampurna dan Junedi, dan bidang Informasi dan Hubungan masyarakat, Junaidi. /Red
