Bandung, Beritaterkini.co.id- Kekisruhan di partai Demokrat kembali terjadi akibat dari beberapa keputusan Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) terkait hasil Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) di Jawa Timur (Jatim) dan Jawa Barat (Jabar) hingga Musda dibeberapa daerah lainnya.
Dari polemik putusan yang diambil oleh DPP itu pun menuai banyak kekecewaan dari semua kader partai berlambang Mercy, bahkan, banyak yang menilai demokrasi di internal partai Demokrat itu sudah mati dan dikuasai oleh DPP hingga ketua umum partai.
Menanggapi kisruh partai Demokrat, Tokoh Senior Partai Demokrat yang pernah menjabat sebagai Komisi Pengawas DPD Fraksi Demokrat Jawa Barat Yan Rizal Usman angkat bicara, ia mengatakan, bahwa Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) yang pernah di gelar di The Hill Hotel Sibolangit, Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara pada Jumat (5/3/2021) lalu itu adalah untuk mengembalikan marwahnya partai Demokrat yang sejatinya sudah kehilangan demokrasinya untuk para kader partai itu sendiri.
“Kita di KLB sudah membaca bahwa partai Demokrat jika dipimpin oleh Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) maka partai akan hancur dan kahancuran itu sudah mulai terlihat saat ini dimana demokrasi di dalam partai itu dirampas dan sudah tidak ada lagi,” kata Yan Rizal saat ditemui pada Selasa, 5 April 2022.
Menurut kang Caca sapaan akrab Yan Rizal itu menuturkan, Ada beberapa poin dari Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART) partai Demokrat saat ini.
1. Menghilangkan 98 nama pendiri partai Demokrat dan itu sudah jelas dicuri oleh Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) yang mengaku pendiri, tetapi pada kenyataannya dia bukan pendiri partai Demokrat.
“Dia bukan siapa-siapa pada saat masuk di Demokrat pada tahun 2003,” ujar Kang Caca.
Yang kedua di dalam AD/ART, lanjut Caca, bahwa dalam Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) ataupun Muscab (Musyawarah Cabang) itu sistemnya apabila mendapatkan dukungan dari DPC misalnya kalau Musda, 20 persen dari DPC akan dibawa ke DPP dan ditentukan juga oleh DPP.
“Jadi bukan banyaknya dukungan DPC ataupun tidak, tapi persoalannya bagaimana hasil pra partai DPP, kalau begitu sama saja bohong. Hak DPC sudah diambil dalam Musda oleh DPP dan begitu juga pada Muscab nanti pun akan terjadi yang sama dimana hak PAC akan diambil oleh DPP, “tambahnya.
Caca menilai, Saat ini dukungan dari DPC ataupun PAC sudah tidak berarti, karena semua haknya sudah diambil.
Iapun menyebutkan, akan lebih gila lagi jika Mahkamah partai sifatnya rekomendasi, padahal mahkamah partai harus mempunyai keputusan final dan mengikat. Bahkan, jika sesuai dengan Undang-Undang partai politik, Mahkamah Partai itu bisa memecat ketua umum partai.
“Demokrat dibawah pimpinan AHY justru berbeda, dimana rekomendasi diserahkan hanya kepada ketua umum dan majelis tinggi,”ucapnya.
“Artinya sudah tidak punya ruang lagi bagi kader DPD, DPC dan PAC untuk berdemokrasi karena semua keputusan diambil oleh DPP dengan beralasan agar tidak terjadi money politik,” sambungnya.
Lebih lanjut, Caca menerangkan, sudah terbukti bahwa money politik di bawah pimpinan AHY sangat jelas dihitung bagaimana setoran ke DPP.
” Kalau setorannya besar ke DPP sudah jelas dan pasti itu yang menang. Bohong dalam politik jika ada namanya makan siang gratis, apalagi untuk menduduki satu jabatan yang strategis dipartai politik, jadi itu alesan yang paling bodoh dengan mengatakan mencegah terjadinya money politik, jelas tidak masuk akal, “cetusnya.
” Hal seperti itu sudah biasa dan jangan dibuat alasan, sudah umum di semua partai politik,” sambung dia kembali.
Caca menyebut, SBY dan AHY ingin bergaya seperti Nasdem dan Gerindra tapi ternyata Demokrat dibawah pimpinan SBY dan AHY hanya malah malu-malu kucing.
” Gimana gak malu-malu kucing SBY bukan pendiri partai sih dan partai Demokrat juga didirikan bukan dengan uang milik SBY,” sindirnya.
Selanjutnya, lanjut Caca, Nasdem besar memakai uang Surya Paloh. Gerindra pun sama uangnya Prabowo. Kalau SBY hanya bisa mengaku-ngaku sebagai pendiri partai Demokrat saja.
“Kalian mau protes apapun percuma, kalau pun protes melalui Mahkamah Partai juga bisa saja, tetapi jika bunyi putusan dari mahkamah partai itu menyatakan tidak salah maka kalian akan selesai karena kalian sudah di berangus. Kalian terima saja jika kenyataannya sekarang ini DPD, DPC dan PAC sudah tidak bisa protes karena semua keputusan diambil oleh DPP,” tukasnya,”tukasnya.
Tak hanya itu, Caca menilai, AHY hanya ingin membuang para pendiri-pendiri partai Demokrat, karena pada dasarnya AHY bukan siapa-siapa di Demokrat.
” Saya kasihan sama AHY, ini anak bau kencur main dipolitik yang dimanfaatin oleh sekelilingnya,” cetus dia.
Caca kembali menyindir, Inilah akibat kalian di DPC sewaktu kongres menyetujui bahwa AD/ART dibuat dan diserahkan kepada ketua umum terpilih untuk di sinkronisasi dan di tambah kurang bila mana perlu. Bahkan, disetujui oleh DPC dan peserta kongres dengan gagah berani.
“Sekarang kenapa malah pada ngamuk, jika hasilnya sudah begini ya terima saja gak usah ribut. Diajak bener di KLB kalian malah gak mau, sekarang rasain hak kalian dirampas dan sudah gak punya hak-hak lagi,” cetus Caca.
Menurut Caca, Pembungkaman demokrasi dipartai Demokrat saat ini hanya bisa dilawan oleh para pendiri yang ada di KLB sekarang
” Jika demokrasi sudah hilang di partai Demokrat maka jalan salahsatunya kalian bergabung dengan KLB,”ujar dia.
Terkait pernyataan Erwan Setiawan yang tak lain merupakan wakil bupati sumedang itu menyatakan akan hengkang dari partai Demokrat, Caca pun menilai, pernyataan itu pada akhirnya dia hanya akan di ketawakan saja.
“Lu emang siapa, mau keluar ya keluar saja, gak ada urusan lu cemen amat, jangankan Erwan sekelas Irfan saja yang sudah berbuat banyak hal untuk AHY hingga membuat AHY Porever dan segala macamnya. Intinya siapa yang setorannya kuat maka dia yang dipilih AHY,” tandasnya.
Melansir dari Faktabandungraya.com, Erwan Setiawan, mengakui dirinya sempat kaget dan kecewa ketika mendapat kabar, bahwa DPP sudah menetapkan Ketua DPD PD Jabar adalah Anton Surato (Ketua DPC PD Kab Bogor/ anggota DPR RI).
“Ya, saya kaget dan kecewa, atas keputusan DPP dengan menetapkan sdr Anton Surato menjadi Ketua DPD PD Jabar, karena tidak sesuai dengan hasil Musda V DPD PD Jabar yang dibegalar beberapa waktu lalu di Bandung”, tegas Erwan saat di hubungi melalui WhatsApp, Kamis (31/03/2022).
Dikatakan, berdasarkan hasil Musda V pada 19-20 Januari 2022 lalu, dari 27 DPC yang mempunyai suara sah pemilih kandidat Ketua DPD PD Jabar, Ir.Irfan Surayanagara, M.I.Pol (Petahana Ketua DPD/ anggota DPRD Jabar) mendapatkan 17 suara dari 17 DPC. Sedangkan Anton Sukartono Surato, M.Si (anggota DPR RI/ Ketua DPC Kab.Bogor) didukung 10 DPC.
Sementara itu, hal serupa juga terjadi dimana sejumlah DPC Partai Demokrat di Jatim mempertanyakan keputusan DPP Partai Demokrat terkait hasil Musda di Jatim yang menunjuk Emil Elestianto Dardak sebagai ketua.
Ketua DPC Demokrat Kota Madiun Istono menyayangkan keputusan AHY yang tidak demokratis terkait Musda Demokrat Jatim. Pasalnya, Emil Dardak hanya meraih 13 dukungan DPC, berbanding jauh dengan Bayu Airlangga yang meraih 25 dukungan DPC.
“Saya kira tidak perlu Musda kalau ujungnya ditentukan elite partai. Demokrat yang selama ini menyuarakan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang demokratis di era reformasi ini, akhirnya tenggelam dengan keputusannya sendiri dalam menentukan ketua di Jatim,” kata Istono dilansir dari Detikjatim.
