Lampung, Beritaterkini.co.id – Sejumlah proyek di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanggamus, khususnya yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) setempat nampaknya sedang disorot oleh publik, hal ini terungkap dari pernyataan yang disampaikan oleh LSM Gerakan Solidaritas Analisis Kebijakan (GASAK).
Melalui keterangan persnya yang diterima media jnnews secara tertulis pada Jumat (17/6/2022), Rahman sebagai ketua umum LSM GASAK menyampaikan pihaknya mendapatkan adanya dugaan KKN di lingkungan Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Tanggamus.
“Kami menduga ada KKN di 2 proyek milik Dinas PUPR Tanggamus, yaitu untuk proyek ;
1. Peningkatan Jalan Ruas Gunung Kasih – Dusun Cempaka Kec. Pugung Rp. 962.687.375,00 yang dikerjakan oleh CV. Lembak Indah.
2. Pemeliharaan Berkala/Rehabilitasi Jalan Maja – Kalimiring Kecamatan Kota Agung Barat Rp. 3.968.808.000,00 dikerjakan oleh Cv. Raden Galuh”, ungkap Rahman.
Dia juga menjelaskan bahwa proyek tersebut telah menelan anggaran Milyaran rupiah dari uang APBD Pemkab Tanggamus yang digunakan untuk peningkatan dan pemeliharaan namun hasilnya sangat memprihatinkan.
“Berdasarkan tim investigasi pencari fakta di lapangan terlihat jelas hasil pengerjaan proyek tersebut terkesan asal-asalan, tidak seseua spek/Rab dimana baru saja beberapa bulan, sejak pekerjaan selesai belum genap 1 tahun namapak jelas sudah terlihat retak, hancur bergelombang dan berlubang, trindikasi dugaan tidak sesuai juknis pembangunan jalan”, kata Dia.
Menyikapi persoalan tersebut, Rahman panggilan akrabnya meminta kepada Bupati Tanggamus, Ibu Bupati Hj.Dewi Handajani, S.E, M.M untuk mengevaluasi kepala dinas PUPR setempat yang diduga tidak becus dalam pengelolaan anggaran dan pengwasan proyek dilingkungan dinas yang dipimpinnya.
“Selain meminta evlauasi kinerja Kepala Dinas PUPR setempat oleh Ibu Bupati, Kami juga meminta kepada APH KAJATI Lampung, BPK RI Perwakilan Lampung dan KPK RI untuk membentuk tim audit investigasi terhadap dugaan KKN dalam pelaksanaan 2 proyek tersebut”, pungkas Rahman.
Terakhir, dirinya menegaskan jika LSM Gasak berencana akan menggelar aksi unjuk rasa untuk mendorong pihak-pihak terkait. /Red
