Puluhan Massa PST Gelar Unjuk Rasa Terkait Dugaan Korupsi

Id Puluhan massa dari Pemerhati Situasi Terkini (PST) melakukan unjuk rasa terkait dugaan indikasi tindak pidana korupsi pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir,Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penata Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Ogan Ilir, dan Dinas Pengolahan Sumber Air (PSDA) Sumsel.di Kantor Kejati Sumsel, Palembang (26/07/22)

Dalam orasinya Alex Kazjuda,SE koordinator aksi menyampaikan ada beberapa dinas/OPD yang di laporkan antaralain dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang, dinas kesehatan, serta sekretariat daerah (kabag umum),
Dalam orasi nya Alex mengampaikan ada 4 proyek pada dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang kab.ogan ilir
Antaran nya :

1. Peningkatan jalan ruas sp. Tg dukun – batas OKI (dak reguler) dengan nilai kontak Rp 12.755.746.111 dikerjakan oleh cv.bangun persada karya.

2. Peningkatan jalan ruas sakatiga – sejangko (lanjuta) dengan nilai kontrak Rp 4.930.000.000,- dikerjakan oleh cv. Bangun persada karya.

3. Peningkatan jalan ruas sejangko – sungai keli dengan nilai kontak Rp 7.881.000.000 dikerjakan oleh cv.panca rega pratama.

4. Pemeliharaan periodik jalan ruas segayam – lebak gedong + 2 box culvert (pematang bangsal – lebung jangkar) nilai kontrak Rp 1.970.688.000 dikerjakan cv.adipati jaya mandiri.

Selain itu Alex dalam orasinya menyampaikan dugaan KKN kegiatan pada dinas kesehatan kegiatan pembangunan puskesmas indralaya (DAK) dengan nilai kontak Rp 5.670.711.000 dikerjakan oleh duta mandiri perkasa dan itu juga pada kegiatan di sekretarian daerah (kabag umum) kegiatan belanja modal peralatan studio audio dengan nilai kontrak Rp 1.058.500.000 dikerjakan PT.Sriwijaya fitra serunting.

Menyikapi hal tersebut dalam orasi nya Alex meminta pihak Kejati Provinsi Sumsel panggil dan periksa PPK maupun KPA kegiatan tersebut, serta dalam hal tersebut diduga sangat rawan dan rentan adanya unsur nepotisme KKN dalam proses administrasi/lelang kegiatan tersebut yang diduga keras telah diarahkan,
Serta kegiatan tersebut yang diduga tidak sesuai pada gambar kegiatan, spesifikasi teknis, kerangka acuan kerja (KAK), serta rekapitulasi bill and quantity (BQ),

Terkait Aksi unjuk rasa dari PST tersebut, langsung diterima oleh Kasih A bidang intelejen Kejaksaan Tinggi provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang di wakili oleh Dian Marvita SH.MH mengungkapkan bertemikasih pada PST atas memberikan suport kepada kami, dan yakin lah bawasannya laporan dari rekan rekan pasti akan ditindak lanjuti, “Pungkasnya.(RZP)
