KPK Tetapkan Bupati Bangkalan Sebagai Tersangka Mendapat Dukungan BPI KPNPA RI

Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar selaku Ketua Umum Badan Peneliti Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara & Pengawas Anggaran RI ( BPI KPNPA RI ) menyampaikan dukungan dan apresiasi kepada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi yang kembali berhasil menetapkan Bupati Bangkalan Abdul Latif Amin Imron sebagai tersangka dalam kasus jual-beli jabatan,

Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar yang akrab disapa Kang Tb Sukendar juga menyampaikan bahwa sejak awal tahun 2021 dari BPI KPNPA RI sudah melaporkan kepada KPK terkait tindak pidana korupsi yang diduga ada melibatkan Bupati Bangkalan Abdul Latif dalam kasus Jual Beli jabatan yang berhasil menjadi temuan hasil investigasi BPI KPNPA RI kabupaten Bangkalan didapatkan adanya beberapa pihak diduga melakukan tindak pidana korupsi terkait dengan Jual Beli Jabatan yang dilakukan dalam Lelang Jabatan oleh Bupati Bangkalan jadi kemungkinan, dari sana KPK menjadikan pintu masuk untuk awalnya melakukan penyelidikan adanya Jual beli dalam lelang Jabatan. Jumat (28/10/2022).

“Sementara itu Alexander Marwata – Wakil Ketua KPK dalam keterangan nya kepada awak media menyampaikan bahwa KPK Setelah mendalami adanya laporan pengaduan masyarakat yang juga melaporkan tindak pidana korupsi dalam kegiatan PBJ (pengadaan barang dan jasa) langsung bergerak ke Bangkalan untuk menindak lanjuti Adanya laporan masyarakat terkait dengan perizinan, dan jual beli jabatan

Namun, Alex tidak merincikan secara detail gambaran kasus yang telah menjerat Bupati Bangkalan tersebut.

Sebelumnya, Abdul Latif dicegah bepergian ke luar negeri atas permintaan KPK. Abdul Latif ternyata berstatus tersangka.

“Ya pasti,” ucap Wakil Ketua KPK Alexander Marwata ketika ditanya soal tersangka dalam proses penyidikan kasus korupsi di Pemkab Bangkalan, hari ini.

“Kalau sudah penyidikan pasti ada tersangkanya,” imbuhnya.

Alexander menyebutkan upaya pencekalan merupakan bagian dari upaya pengusutan kasus dugaan korupsi. KPK juga telah melakukan penggeledahan di sejumlah lokasi di Bangkalan.

“Umumnya kalau sudah ada pencekalan nggak mungkin kan di tingkat penyelidikan kita cekal. Berarti sudah naik ke penyidikan ya kan,” jelasnya.

“Sehingga ada upaya paksa di sana, upaya paksanya apa? Dilakukan penggeledahan dan penyitaan, sudah kita lakukan kan. Berarti statusnya sudah penyidikan,” imbuhnya.

Sementara itu, Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri menyebut perkara itu masih berproses. “Saya kira yang Bangkalan, ini masih berproses,” kata Firli di gedung KPK, Jalan Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (27/10/).

Sekali lagi BPI KPNPA RI memberikan dukungan dan apresiasi atas keberhasilan KPK dalam menetapkan Tersangka terhadap Abdul Latif Bupati Bangkalan sehingga apa yang menjadikan harapan warga masyarakat dikabupaten Bangkalan yang sempat mendengar rummor bahwa Abdul Latif kebal hukum ternyata tidak benar dan KPK berhasil menetapkan status dirinya menjadi tersangka.,tutup Kang Tb Sukendar.
