Palembang, Berita Terkini.Co.Id Puluhan massa yang tergabung dalam Sriwijaya Corruption Watch (SCW) melakukan unjuk rasa terkait pengembang perumahan diduga melakukan perusakan terhadap lahan tanah warga Sri mulya Kecamatan sematang Borang

Diduga yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bumi Langgeng Regency yang bergerak dibidang pengembangan perumahan,” ungkap M Sanusi saat orasi di depan Kantor Walikota Palembang (27/11/22).

Sehubungan dengan informasi yang dihimpun oleh Sriwijaya Corruption Watch (SCW) tentang adanya dugaan indikasi persoalan pada PT. Bumi Langgeng Regency yang bergerak dibidang pengembang perumahan, yakni tentang adanya dugaan perusakan terhadap tanah milik warga Kel. Sri Mulya Kec. Sematang Borang Kota Palembang yang diduga dilakukan oleh pihak PT. Bumi Langgeng Regency dengan melakukan pengerukan tanah milik warga tersebut tanpa adanya kesepakatan.

“Sehingga hal ini mengakibatkan kerugian materil maupun immaterial bagi warga tersebut. Tanah tersebut seluas + 3000 M² yang diduga dirusak/diambil untuk tanah timbunan dan membuat kanal oleh PT. Bumi Langgeng Regency seluas 10 x 15 Meter.

Menyikapi Hal demikian Sriwijaya Corruption Watch (SCW) meminta Kepada Walikota Palembang
Untuk memanggil Pihak PT. Bumi Langgeng Regency agar supaya bertanggungjawab atas dugaan tindakan perusakan terhadap tanah milik warga Sri Mulya Kec. Sematang Borang Kota Palembang.

Meminta Walikota Palembang untuk membentuk tim investigasi guna mengusut tuntas perizinan penimbunan yang dilakukan oleh Pihak PT. Bumi Langgeng Regency, mengingat Kota Palembang saat sekarang ini sering mengalami kebanjiran, yang diduga merupakan akibat dari penimbunan yang diduga tidak memiliki izin.

Meminta Walikota Palembang untuk mengintruksikan SAT. POL.PP Kota Palembang untuk menyetop pembangunan yang menggunakan tanah timbunan di wilayah Kota Palembang karena berpotensi mengakibatkan kebanjiran, sebagaimana kami sampaikan.

Aksi unjuk rasa SCW di Terima langsung Staf Ahli Walikota Bidang Keuangan, Pendapatan, Hukum dan HAM Alex Fernandus mengatakan atas laporan dari SCW akan kami sampaikan kepada Walikota Palembang melalui Sekda Kota Palembang terkait hal tersebur, “tandasnya.(RZP)
