“Seharusnya, pemberian subsidi oleh Pemerintah dapat meringankan beban masyarakat kurang mampu. Namun, faktanya, Elpiji 3 Kg banyak dimanfaatkan masyarakat dalam katagori mampu,” tegasnya.
Oleh karena itu, lanjutnya pengawasan dalam pendistribusian Elpiji 3 Kg menjadi sangat vital dalam proses pemberian subsidi. Selain itu, kesadaran masyarakat juga harus ditingkatkan akan penggunaan Elpiji bersubsidi, agar subsidi yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah menjadi tepat sasaran.
Menariknya, PT. Mirah selaku salah satu Agen Resmi Elpiji Subsidi 3 Kg di wilayah Kota Denpasar telah melakukan pendistribusian dengan pengawasan yang cukup ketat dan selektif dalam sistem penjualannya.
Bahkan, pihaknya melakukan penjualan melalui pangkalan sebagai mata rantai resmi yang dimilikinya dan berupaya menjual Elpiji 3 Kg sesuai dengan Harga Eceran Tertinggi atau HET.
