Cerita Sari Dwi Mulyawaty: Rela Keluar dari Perusahaan Besar Demi Passion Pengusaha

Batam I Pengusaha muda asal Kota Batam, Sari Dwi Mulyawaty mengatakan untuk menjadi orang sukses harus mempunyai keberanian. Berani keluar dari zona nyaman untuk menjemput kesuksesan.

Ia pun menceritakan awal mula dirinya sebelum menjadi pengusaha seperti saat ini sampai dipilih menjadi Ketua Umum BPD Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI) Kepulauan Riau (Kepri).

Sari mengaku sebelumnya bekerja di perusahaan besar dan sudah menempati jabatan cukup tinggi. Tetapi ia rela tinggalkan demi passion pengusaha dan memberi manfaat untuk banyak orang.

Cerita ini disampaikan Sari dalam Podcast Bincang Ekonomi Bisnis dengan topik ‘TIPS Jadi Pengusaha Sejak Usia Muda’ yang diposting di akun YouTube TribunBatamID, dilihat Selasa (19/09/2023).

“Saya 10 tahun kerja di Indosat. Posisi sudah bagus. Tiga kali mengajukan resign selalu ditolak. Tetapi demi mengejar cita-cita untuk menjadi pengusaha akhirnya saya keluar,” cerita Sari.

Meski meninggalkan pekerjaan bagus, Sari mengaku tidak menyesal. Sekalipun di awal-awal memulai usaha butuh perjuangan yang tidak mudah.

“Awal memulai usaha butuh perjuangan. Rugi, bangkit lagi. Tetapi dengan tekad yang kuat akhirnya ketemu saja jalannya. Makanya kalau ingat story saya itu, saya benar-benar ingin membantu teman-teman untuk jangan menyerah dan lemah,” ungkapnya.

Setelah sukses menjadi pengusaha dan dipilih menjadi Ketua HIPMI Kepri, Caleg DPRD Kota Batam itu menegaskan ingin memberikan manfaat sebanyak-banyaknya demi kesejahteraan warga dan kemajuan daerah.

” Tantangan kita HIPMI Kepri adalah bagaimana memperbanyak anggota dan melahirkan virus-virus enterpreneur. Intinya membantu memperbanyak orang menjadi pengusaha sehingga bisa membantu pemerintah daerah mengurangi pengangguran,” pungkasnya.[Red]
