GOWA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID Empat SKPD lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Gowa melakukan pemaparan hasil rekomendasi implementasi Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) dan Reformasi Birokrasi (RB) bersama Tim Evaluasi Kemenpan-RB secara virtual di Peace Room A’Kio, Kantor Bupati Gowa, Selasa (8/9).
Keempat SKPD tersebut yakni Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PM-PTSP), Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura, Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah, dan Badan Perencanaan Pembangungan Gowa.
Inspektur Inspektorat Kabupaten Gowa, Hj Kamsinah mengungkapkan evaluasi hari ini merupakan tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil SAKIP tahun lalu yang diharapkan mampu memperbaiki nilai Kabupaten Gowa.
“Ini rekomendasi dari kementerian tahun lalu yang kemudian menjadi perhatian seluruh SKPD agar kedepannyanya SAKIP kita bisa lebih baik lagi,” ungkapnya.
Dikatakan Kamsinah, saat ini Kabupaten Gowa menargetkan nilai SAKIP Gowa bisa naik ke BB, sehingga pihaknya menggenjot SKPD agar lebih serius lagi dalam melakukan evaluasi SAKIP ini.
“Untuk mencapai nilai 70, dari 25 SKPD yang sudah mencapai target harus ditambahkan 11 SKPD lagi agar cukup 2/3 atau 36 SKPDndari 54 SKPD kita, ini harus dilakukan untuk menjadi tambahan dalam meningkatkan nilai sakip kita,” beber Kamsinah.
Ia berharap, melalui pemaparan tersebut apa yang menjadi masukan dari tim evaluasi kementerian bisa dipenuhi dalam tenggat waktu yang ditentukan agar target SAKIP Gowa menjadi BB bisa tercapai.
Kepala Dinas PM-PTSP Kabupaten Gowa, Hj Indra Setiawan Abbas saat memaparkan mengaku salah satu yang menjadi rekomendasi Kemenpan RB sebelumnya yakni untuk pengukuran kinerja dimana hasil capaian kinerja mulai dari tingkat eselon IV keatas dikaitkan dengan sebagai dasar pemberian reward.
“Tindak lanjutnya kami melakukan evaluasi kinerja terhadap eselon III dan IV kemudian memberikan reward berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, rekomendasi kementerian juga yakni Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) di reviu secara berkala dan pihaknya menindaklanjuti dengan melakukan reviu terhadap indikator kinerja pada sasaran strategis yang menjadi IKU.
Sekadar diketahui selain empat SKPD tersebut, beberapa SKPD juga siap mengikuti pemaparan bersama tim dari Kemenpan yakni BKPSDM, Disdukcapil, Dinkes, Dinas KominfoSP, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Perdastri, Dinas Perpustakaan dan RSUD Syekh Yusuf. (Red/Aj)
