Diduga 50 Industri Kayu Olahan Di Kabupaten Banyuasin Berasal Dari Kayu Tidak Berizin

Diduga sebanyak 50 lebih industri pengelohan kayu yang berada di Kabupaten Banyuasin diduga berasal dari kayu alam yang tidak punya izin.

Semua kayu dari hutan negara atau hutan hak wajib menjalani verifikasi legalitas, kewajiban ini menjamin asal usul sumber bahan baku hal ini di ungkap kan oleh Aktivis Sumsel Renaldi Davinci saat di wawancara di sebuah Cafe Dusun Palembang,(04/06/22)

Begitu pula di industri (primer maupun sekunder), kayu bahan bakunya harus menjalani verifikasi legalitas sampai pada saat menjadi produk kayu. Produk kayu untuk ekspor memerlukan Dokumen V-Legal. Dokumen V bertujuan untuk menjamin bahwa bahan baku kayu yang digunakan untuk membuat produk kayu tersebut berasal dari sumber legal, “jelasnya.

Dalam hal Eksportir, bekerjasama dengan lembaga verifikasi yang menerbitkan sertifikasi legalitas kayu,mengurus penerbitan Dokumen V-Legal,” Katanya.

Industri industri kayu di kabupaten Banyuasin diduga mengorder kayu alam dari sumber yang diduga statusnya tidak mempunyai izin pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan kayu.

Di tambahkan Renaldi davinci APH harus bertidak secara tegas dan cepat mengamankan industri industri kayu yang ada di kabupaten Banyuasin apalagi status kayu yang tidak mempunyai izin atau bisa disebut ilegal , maka perlu di tindak secara hukum para pelaku pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan hutan untuk industri kayu tersebut.

Selain meminta kepada APH untuk segera melakukan penyelidikan terhadap dugaan industri industri kayu yang ada di kabupaten Banyuasin untuk segera di sidak dan dilakukan pemeriksaan asal muasal kayu yang mereka terima serta mengeluarkan surat izin dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan kayu yang digunakan, “pungkasnya.(RZP/DN)
