Peringatan HUT RI Ke-77, Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar : “Pulih Lebih Cepat, Bangkit Lebih Kuat”

Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar hari ini, Rabu, 17 Agustus 2022, melaksanakan Upacara Bendera Hari Ulang Tahun Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia yang ke-77, bertempat di Lapangan Hitam Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar, Jl. Jakarta No.27 Bandung, Kakanwil Kemenkumham Jabar, Sudjonggo, sendiri yang menjadi Inspektur Upacara.

Lengkap mengikuti Upacara Bendera Peringatan HUT RI ke-77 ini, Kadivmin Jabar, Anggiat Ferdinan, Kadivpas Jabar, M. Hilal, Kadivim Jabar, Yayan, Kadivyankum Jabar, Heriyanto, JF PK Ahli Utama, Dewa. Adalah Plt. Kepala Bagian Umum, Ferry Ferdiansyah, bertindak sebagai Perwira Upacara, dan Kasubbag Program dan Pelaporan, Erwin Wiryawan, bertindak sebagai Komandan Upacara, diikuti seluruh pegawai Kanwil sebagai peserta dengan Pakaian Tradisional Nusantara sebagai seragam.

Upacara Bendera ini sendiri dilaksanakan sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur atas kemerdekaan yang telah diraih dan untuk mengenang jasa perjuangan para pahlawan, serta harus dimaknai sebagai penggugah semangat kebangsaan, cinta akan tanah air, dan komitmen bersama untuk membangun Indonesia Raya.

Kakanwil Sudjonggo sebagai Inspektur Upacara dalam amanat nya berikan Apresiasi kepada pegawai yang peroleh penghargaan Satyalancana Karya Satya.

Membacakan Amanat Menkumham RI Kakanwil Sudjonggo menyampaikan bahwa, “Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Hukum dan HAM memberikan remisi kepada 168.916 orang narapidana di seluruh Indonesia, yang terdiri dari 166.191 orang narapidana mendapatkan remisi umum I dan 2.725 orang narapidana mendapatkan remisi umum II atau langsung bebas, sebagai bentuk penghargaan kepada WBP yang telah mengikuti program pembinaan dengan baik serta telah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan”.

5 Poin disampaikan Kembali oleh Kakanwil dalam amanatnya terkait dengan pidato Presiden RI Bapak Joko Widodo pada Sidang Tahunan MPR RI dan Sidang Bersama DPR RI dan DPD RI pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2022 kemarin.

“Esensinya, kita harus ingat, waspada, serta selalu cermat dalam bertindak. Kita juga harus selalu hati-hati dalam melangkah. Beliau menegaskan bahwa agenda besar bangsa tidak boleh berhenti, langkah-langkah besar harus terus dilakukan dan ini perlu kita dukung bersama oleh seluruh jajaran Kementerian Hukum dan HAM,” hal yang harus dilaksanakan antara lain:

1. Mendukung program hilirisasi dan industrialisasi sumber daya alam;

2. Mendukung program optimalisasi sumber energi bersih dan ekonomi hijau;

3. Mendukung program perlindungan hukum, sosial, politik, dan ekonomi untuk rakyat;

4. Mendukung program Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) agar bisa segera naik kelas melalui digitalisasi, pendaftaran e-katalog pada pelaku UMKM, serta penggunaan Prociuk Dalam Negeri bagi lingkungan; dan

5. Mendukung sepenuhnya proses pembangunan lbu Kota Nusantara sekaligus juga mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya dalam rangka pemindahannya.
