DENPASAR, beritaterkini.co.id | Permintaan LSM Jarrak agar APH dalam hal ini Dirkrimsus Polda Bali untuk memeriksa oknum pengurus LPD Kuta karena diduga mencairkan kredit diluar ketentuan, ternyata bukan hanya isapan jempol saja.
Terbukti, LSM Jarrak secera resmi telah bersurat kepada Dirkrimsus Polda Bali terkait dugaan kasus pencairan kasus tidak sesuai prosudur tersebut. Surat yang ditandatangani oleh Direktur LSM Jarrak Pusat Jhon Kelly telah dikirimkan dua hari lalu ke Polda Bali.
“Untuk masalah ini, kami tidak mau main-main. Kami secara resmi sudah bersurat dan meminta Dirkrimsus Polda Bali untuk memeriksa oknum pengurus LPD Kuta dan tentunya kami akan mengawal hingga tuntas kasus tersebut,” tegas Jhon Kelly, Jumat (19/8/2022).
Demikian halnya pihaknya meminta pihak kepolisian dalam hal ini Dirkrimsus Polda Bali untuk segera turun menindaklanjuti permintaan LSM Jarrak dan segera melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap LPD Kuta maupun oknum pengurusnya.
Sebelumnya, menurut Jhon Kelly Nahadin, Wayan B selaku Ketua LPD Kuta diduga telah memberikan kredit kepada Ida Ayu Putu SW, warga asal Tabanan dengan mengunakan agunan sebidang tanah dengan luas 600m2 yang berlokasi di Pedungan, milik I Putu Sudiartana, dengan nomer SHM 07695.
Padahal, Sudiartana sebagai pemilik tanah tersebut tidak pernah merasa menjual tanah tersebut kepada siapapun dan tidak pernah terjadi teransaksi jual beli. Jangankan untuk transaksi jual beli, bertemu dengan pihak kreditur maupun pihak LPD tidak pernah, memgingat Sudiartana saat itu sedang menjalani proses pemidanaan di Lapas Bandung dan baru bebas awal 2022 lalu.
Kasus ini baru diketahui oleh Sudiartana keluar dari menjalani hukuman. Karena itulah Sudiartana melalui LSM Jarrak berharap kasus tersebut diusut. Apalagi dari aturan yang ada proses pencairan kredit telah menyalahi aturan di mana oknum pewai LPD Kuta telah memberikan kredit kepada orang yang bukan warga Desa Adat Kuta serta tergolong kredit macet.(red)
