Para Karyawan Dirumahkan Tanpa Upah, FSBS Desak Komisi V DPRD Lampung Panggil Manajemen Transmart

BANDAR LAMPUNG, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID| Setelah heboh pemberitaan oleh beberapa media terkait Transmart Carefour yang meliburkan/merumahkan terhadap puluhan karyawannya, DPD Forum Serikat Buruh Sejahtra (DPD FSBS) Lampung angkat bicara meminta komisi V DPRD Provinsi Lampung untuk segera memanggil manajemen Transmart Carrefour untuk bertanggung jawab atas nasib karyawan yang dirumahkan sementara tanpa upah.

Kepala Divisi Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) dan Infokom DPD FSBS Seno Aji mengatakan” seyogyanya untuk pekerja yang sudah mendapat status karyawan, tetap mendapat upah karena pekerja memiliki haknya, bukan itu saja seharusnya perusahaan dalam membuat keputusan meliburkan/dirumahkan para pekerja tetap mengacu pada UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Tenagakerja, dengan mengedepankan penghidupan yang layak bagi kemanusiaan dalam memberikan upah. Jadi jelas aturan hukumnya ada, bisa dibaca dari bagian kedua Pasal 88 Tentang pengupahan sampai Pasal 93, jadi tidak ada alasan manajemen Transmart tidak membayar upah pokok karyawannya dan tunjangan lainnya”, Ungkapnya, Minggu (19/4/2020).

“Kami berharap kepada DPRD provinsi Lampung komisi V yang membidangi Ketenagakerjaan, Transmigrasi, Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan, Teknologi, Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga, Agama, Kebudayaan, Museum serta Cagar Budaya, Sosial, Kesehatan dan Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan. Segera memanggil dan membicarakan masalah nasib para karyawan tersebut karena pekerja yang dirumahkan tersebut juga memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan haknya sesuai UU tenagakerja”, katanya

Selain itu Seno Aji juga menyayangkan pernyataan Satria Hamid selaku Vice President Corporate Communications Transmart Carrefour, yang bicara melalui Sambungan Selulernya kepada media tidak adanya kejelasan terkait masalah pekerja hingga Kapan karyawan Transmart dirumahkan, dirinya hanya mengatakan bahwa kebijakan untuk hal itu menunggu perkembangan lebih lanjut terkait kondisi yang terjadi saat ini.

“Seharusnya pihak manajemen tetap menjadikan UU Tenaga Kerja Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 menjadi pedoman dan dasar membangun hubungan kerjasama antara pengusaha dengan karyawannya, agar para karyawan jelas nasibnya dan tidak terlunta-lunta seperti saat ini”, pungkas Seno. /Red-beritaterkini
