WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia menyatakan puas terhadap pemerintahan Joko Widodo pada periode kedua.
Survei dari Indo Barometer terkait dengan persepsi masyarakat terhadap setahun kepemimpinan Joko Widodo menunjukkan bahwa 64% masyarakat Indonesia puas terhadap pemerintahan Jokowi.
Direktur Eksekutif Indo Barometer M. Qodari dalam seminar daringnya mengatakan, bahwa mayoritas masyarakat puas terhadap kinerja nyata, merakyat dan banyak pembangunan infrastruktur.
Angka kepuasan tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan dibandingkan masa kepemimpinan Joko Widodo pada periode pertama, yakni 46%.
Kemudian, sekitar 77% responden menyatakan puas terhadap sistem demokrasi dalam pemerintahan Joko Widodo. Sebab rakyat bebas mengeluarkan pendapat.
Meski demikian ada 11% yang tidak setuju, karena menganggap pemerintahan Jokowi kurang memihak pada rakyat kecil.
Qodari menyebutkan data tersebut berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan terhadap 1200 responden yang ada di 34 provinsi, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap satu tahun pemerintahan Jokowi periode kedua.
Margin eror survei yang dilakukan pada 10-17 Oktober 2020 sekitar 2,83%. Tingkat kepercayaannya 95%.
Qodari menyampaikan, ada beberapa alasan tingkat kepuasan publik terhadap satu tahun pemerintahan Jokowi periode pertama dibawah 50%. Salah satunya yakni penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Dari survey tersebut, masalah yang paling disorot ialah krisis ekonomi akibat pandemi. Selanjutnya, aspek lapangan kerja, kestabilan harga bahan pokok, kesehatan hingga bantuan sosial.
Apabila dibandingkan survei pada tahun 2015 lalu, kondisi saat ini tergolong mirip. Perbedaannya, pada tahun 2015 saat itu dipengaruhi oleh krisis ekonomi.
Sementara pada tahun ini dilanda pandemi Covid-19.
Dalam situasi Pandemi Covid-19, Pemerintahan Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin berjalan dengan baik meski masih mendapatkan serangan hoax dan disinformasi.
Setidaknya terdapat lima program prioritas pemerintah yang sudah berjalan maksimal dan terus ditingkatkan dalam kondisi pandemi covid-19.
Program yang sudah berjalan diantaranya, program Pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia, Melanjutkan Pembangunan Infrastruktur, Menerbitkan UU Cipta Kerja dan UU Pemberdayaan UMKM, Menyederhanakan Birokrasi dan Transformasi Ekonomi.
Ketua Umum Benteng Jokowi (Bejo) Jak TW. Tumewan, SE mengatakan, kelima program prioritas tersebut sudah berjalan dalam satu tahun pemerintahan Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin.
Dalam program prioritas pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Jokowi sudah menciptakan para pekerja keras yang dinamis. Angkatan Muda pekerja ini akan dicetak SDM Unggul yag terampil, menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan jumlah 7 juta angkatan kerja baru.
Selain itu pemerintah juga telah berhasil dengan program UU Cipta Kerja guna memotong segala bentuk kendala regulasi. Pemerintahan Jokowi bersama DPR RI Sudah berhasil membuat UU tersebut dan telah disahkan pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2020 lalu.
UU Cipta Kerja tersebut bertujuan untuk memotong regulasi sehingga dapat mempercepat prosedur perizinan yang ribet dan panjang.
Sementara itu, dalam hal transformasi ekonomi, pemerintah akan beralih dari ketergantungan pada sumber daya alam menjadi daya saing manufaktur dan jasa modern yang mempunyai nilai tambah ekonomi tinggi.
Tentu hal ini agar lebih menguntungkan secara ekonomi, demi kemakmuran bangsa dan demi keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.
Diantaranya adalah program penguatan sumber daya alam yang sudah dilakukan adalah mengolah minyak kelapa sawit menjadi energi baru terbarukan menjadi bahan bakar dan avtur pesawat.
Selain itu memproduksi nikel bukan hanya sebagai bahan mentah namun sebagai bahan jadi untuk lithium-ion baterei atau UPS.
Sehingga Indonesia tidak mengekspor bahan mentah saja, tetapi juga mengirim barang jadi yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi.
Perlu kita akui bahwa ada pelambatan dan pelemahan ekonomi. Namun setelah adanya Tim Penanganan Covid-19 dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional pemerintah bekerja taktis dan strategis untuk memulihkan kondisi ekonomi nasional.
Dalam menangani situasi pandemi, Pemerintah juga telah menyiapkan strategi-strategi yang bertujuan untuk memulihkan ekonomi.
Dimulai dengan pemberian stimulus bagi UMKM dan Koperasi, keringanan pajak PPn dan PPh bagi UKM, pemberian bansos, pemberian bantuan kepada kelompok pekerja dan lainnya.
Hal ini tentu menjadi bukti bahwa pemerintah tidak main-main dalam memulihkan ekonomi nasional.
Tentu saja dalam menghadapi segala permasalahan, Jokowi tidak bisa bekerja sendiri dan memerlukan sinergitas dari seluruh elemen bangsa.
Meski demikian langkah taktis Presiden Jokowi tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata. (Red/AJ)
