JAKARTA, Beritaterkini.co.id- Eks Ketua Dewan Pengurus Daerah (DPD) Jawa Barat dari Partai Demokrat berinisial IS dan Istrinya EK ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Bareskrim Polri terkait kasus Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) sebesar Rp. 77 miliar lebih.
Pelapor inisial SG yang tak lain adalah seorang Pengusaha pada tahun 2013 sangat mengenal IS. Bahkan pihaknya menuturkan, dimana pada tahun 2014, dirinya ditawari oleh IS untuk kerjasama dalam bidang usaha SPBU.
“Sebelum kerjasama tersebut terjadi IS meminta kepada saya agar membiayai pembangunan villa milik IS yang sedang di kerjakan oleh IJ,” kata SG dalam keterangan tertulis yang diterima Breakingnews.co.id pada Selasa 12 April 2022.
“Jadi, kita tidak hanya membiayai villa milik saudara IS, tetapi kita juga membayarkan hingga lunas pembelian tanah milik IS yang berada di Desa Pasir Ipis Sukabumi, “tambahnya.
Setelah dirinya melunasi SPBU Walahar Karawang, SG mengaku, selanjutnya ditawarin beberapa SPBU sehingga totalnya ada 5 SPBU. Bahkan, IS juga meminta SG membayar 2 unit rumah yang di gunakan sebagai tempat karyawan pengelola SPBU.
” Saya merasa tertipu sekali, karena baik SPBU ataupun rumah tersebut justru di buat atas nama EK yang tak lain adalah istri IS,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, lanjut SG, dirinya pernah diminta oleh IS untuk membangun villa di Desa Pasir Ipis Sukabumi dan juga di minta membeli tanah serta bangunan untuk Operasional yang berlokasi di Pasir Ipis, Cijurai dan Bandung.
” Waktu itu uangnya saya dikirim lewat setor tunai ke rekening Bank atas nama IS dan sebagian saya berikan secara tunai (cash),” ungkapnya.
“Saya sudah beberapa kali melakukan pertemuan dan musyawarah dengan saudara IS, tapi tidak ada itikad baik sama sekali dari saudara IS,”tandasnya.
Akibat kejadian tersebut SG pun merasa sangat dirugikan sampai miliaran rupiah dan langsung melaporkan saudara IS dan Istrinya ke Bareskrim Polri terkait kasus Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU). Hingga saat ini kasus ini pun masih bergulir dalam penanganan pihak kepolisian.
Adapun, Total kerugian SG mencapai 77 miliar dan belum termasuk Dana Cash / tunai sebesar 25 miliar yang di pakai IS untuk beberapa Pilkada di Jawa Barat dan Pilkada Kota Pangkal Pinang pada 2018 lalu.
Sebagai informasi, Pada tanggal 24 Febuari 2022. Bareskrim Polri telah melakukan gelar perkara dengan meningkatkan status saksi berinisial IS dan EK menjadi tersangka dalam kasus Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU).
Informasi tersebut tercantum dalam surat dari Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP/B/VII/2021/SPK/ BARESKRIM Tanggal 22 Juli 2021. Surat Perintah Penyidikan Nomor : SP. Sidik/905/XII/RES.1.11/2021/Dittipideksus, tanggal 01 Januari 2022.
Sementara itu, Pasal yang disangkakan tertuang dalam Pasal 372, Pasal 378 KUHP dan Pasal 3, Pasal 4, Pasal 5 Undang – undang Nomor 8 tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemeberantasa Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU). ***(EN).
