Pemilik Lahan Heni Rahayu mengungkapkan bahwa usaha penyerobotan lahan ini sudah terjadi 2 kali, oleh pihak yang belum diketahui identitasnya (Mafia Tanah).
” Hari ini saya dikejutkan dengan kedatangan beberapa orang pekerja konstruksi kelahan yang secara sah dimiliki oleh saya, dengan alasan diperintahkan oknum yang saat ini belum diketahui indentitas lengkapnya, untuk memagar dilahan yang saya miliki tanpa izin”, kata Heni
Menurutnya (Heni), Hal ini merupakan pelanggaran hukum terutama menyoal masuk lahan tanpa izin dan penyerobotan lahan oleh mafia tanah, Kami dari warga sedang mencari siapa sih Mafia tanah yang diduga akan menyerobot tanah kami.
“Jelas ini merupakan bentuk pelanggaran hukum terutama pasal 551 KUHP tentang usaha penyerobotan lahan orang lain”, ungkap Heni
Dalam kesempatan ini juga Heni menyampaikan bahwa sudah cukup gerah dan tidak nyaman p tindakan oknum – oknum mafia tanah ini.
” Secara pribadi kami sudah sangat gerah dan merasa tidak nyaman karena tindakan oknum mafia tanah ini, dan jika terjadi lagi dipastikan akan segera melaporkan ke pihak berwajib”, Tegas Heni
Selain akan melaporkan ke pihak berwajib Heni mengungkapkan bahwa lahan yang dimilikinya juga sudah dalam pengawasan Indonesia White and Blue Collar Crime Institute (IWBCCI) salah satu lembaga yang mengawasi dan memberikan pendampingan khusus terkait mafia tanah.
” Selain akan melaporkan ke Pihak Kepolisian, kami juga sudah meminta bantuan kepada Indonesia White And Blue Collar Crime Institute (IWBCCI) salah satu lembaga yang mengawasi serta memberikan pendampingan khusus terkait mafia tanah yang diketuai Ir. Joko Wandyatmoko”,ujarnya
